目的:分析兒童周期性嘔吐綜合征（CVS）的臨床表現(xiàn)、輔助檢查、治療及預(yù)后,以期提高對兒童周期性嘔吐綜合征的認(rèn)識和診治水平。方法:回顧性分析我院2008年1月至2019年12月住院且符合兒童功能性胃腸病ROME IV診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的141例CVS患兒臨床資料及隨訪結(jié)果。結(jié)果:141例患兒中,男65例,女76例,發(fā)病年齡中位數(shù)5.5歲（0-15歲5月）,診斷年齡中位數(shù)8.3歲（11月-15歲8月）,首次發(fā)病至確診的病程平均2.3年（3月-11.3年）,平均住院4次。其中60.28%（85/141）有明確誘因,感染與飲食不當(dāng)最常見。所有病例均有嘔吐,發(fā)作持續(xù)時間中位數(shù)為5d（2d-2w）,平均每日嘔吐發(fā)作約15次,間歇期中位數(shù)38d（5d-6m）。其他癥狀包括腹痛（72.34%,102/141）、惡心（46.81%,66/141）、頭暈（30.50%,43/141）、發(fā)熱（26.24%,37/141）、頭痛（19.86%,28/141）、便秘（19.15%,27/141）。所有病例急性期均予以補液等對癥支持治療,發(fā)作間期予以賽庚啶、普萘洛爾、西比靈等藥物預(yù)防治療,88例患兒隨訪1-10年,92%患...
