【摘要】：本文是在廣泛閱讀古代、現(xiàn)代文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)左金丸的研究進(jìn)行全面的整理總結(jié)及個(gè)人思考。左金丸作為古代經(jīng)典方劑,雖組方精簡,然臨床運(yùn)用頻率高,且臨床療效可靠。論文旨在通過文獻(xiàn)整理的形式深入挖掘左金丸學(xué)術(shù)淵源,左金丸命名,左金丸方證,左金丸類方,臨床應(yīng)用等方面內(nèi)容,指明現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)在左金丸發(fā)揮療效機(jī)制方面進(jìn)一步研究的必要性。同時(shí),在醫(yī)學(xué)技術(shù)迅猛發(fā)展的今天,在某些疾病的治療上,現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)仍存在著一定的局限性。因此,有必要對(duì)古代經(jīng)典方劑進(jìn)行整理總結(jié),以期為臨床處方用藥及進(jìn)一步拓寬臨床思路提供參考。論文的前言部分,簡要介紹了左金丸的基本方義及治療范圍,同時(shí)指出左金丸在文獻(xiàn)研究、臨床應(yīng)用、藥理機(jī)制研究等方面的不足之處,從而提出左金丸在治療消化系統(tǒng)疾病方面的優(yōu)勢所在,并明確指出對(duì)古代經(jīng)典方劑的研究總結(jié)具有十分重要的理論及現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。論文的第一部分,回顧了左金丸古代文獻(xiàn)資料,研究了左金丸學(xué)術(shù)思想來源、命名、組方思想、中醫(yī)病機(jī)、配伍規(guī)律等,同時(shí)還結(jié)合歷代醫(yī)家對(duì)左金丸功用的認(rèn)識(shí),舉出古代典型醫(yī)案,說明左金丸臨床應(yīng)用的有效性。論文的第二部分,介紹了左金丸現(xiàn)代文獻(xiàn)資料,具體內(nèi)容包括臨床配伍研究、臨床應(yīng)用研究、現(xiàn)代藥理機(jī)制研究,現(xiàn)代名醫(yī)論述四個(gè)方面。論文的第三部分,舉出典型病案。根據(jù)左金丸病因病機(jī)的分析,選取了幾則典型臨床病案加以總結(jié)分析,以進(jìn)一步說明左金丸在臨床應(yīng)用方面的優(yōu)勢性。論文的第四部分,對(duì)本研究進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié)。論文結(jié)語部分,進(jìn)行個(gè)人思考,并總結(jié)分析左金丸方運(yùn)用的不足之處,以期進(jìn)一步指導(dǎo)臨床。
[Abstract]:On the basis of extensive reading of ancient and modern literature, this paper summarizes the study of Zuo Jin Wan and thinks about it personally. As an ancient classical prescription, Zuojin Pill has high clinical application frequency and reliable clinical effect, although the prescription is simple. The purpose of this paper is to excavate the academic origin of Zuo Jin Wan, the naming of Zuo Jin Wan, the syndrome of Zuo Jin Maru, the prescription of Zuo Jin Pill, the clinical application and so on. The necessity of further study on the mechanism of Zuojin pills in modern medicine is pointed out. At the same time, with the rapid development of medical technology, modern medicine still has some limitations in the treatment of some diseases. Therefore, it is necessary to arrange and summarize the ancient classical prescriptions in order to provide references for clinical prescriptions and further broadening of clinical thinking. In the preface of the paper, the basic meaning and treatment scope of Zuojin Pill are briefly introduced. At the same time, the deficiencies of Zuojin Pill in literature research, clinical application, pharmacological mechanism research and so on are pointed out. The advantages of Zuojin Pill in the treatment of digestive system diseases are put forward, and it is pointed out that the research and summary of ancient classical prescriptions is of great theoretical and practical significance. The first part of the paper reviews the ancient documents of Zuojin Pill, studies the origin, naming, prescription, pathogenesis and compatibility of Zuo Jin Pill, and at the same time combines with the understanding of the function of Zuo Jin Pill in the past dynasties. The clinical application of Zuojin Pill was demonstrated by citing the typical medical records in ancient times. The second part introduces the modern literature of Zuojin Pill, including clinical compatibility research, clinical application research, modern pharmacological mechanism research, and modern famous medicine. The third part of the paper, citing typical medical records. According to the analysis of the etiology and pathogenesis of Zuojin pills, several typical clinical cases were selected to summarize and analyze the advantages of Zuojin pills in clinical application. The fourth part of the paper, this study is summarized. In the last part of the paper, I think personally, and summarize and analyze the deficiency of Zuo Jin Bu Fang in order to guide the clinic further.
