【摘要】：目的:觀察奔豚湯加減治療氣郁化火型多發(fā)性抽動(dòng)癥的臨床療效及安全性。方法:選取符合本研究標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60例多發(fā)性抽動(dòng)癥患兒隨機(jī)分成治療組和對(duì)照組各30例。治療組給予中藥奔豚湯加減口服;對(duì)照組給予西藥鹽酸硫必利片口服。治療2個(gè)月后,觀察治療前后兩組臨床癥狀變化、血常規(guī)、尿常規(guī)、肝功及腎功等。結(jié)果:兩組治療前后癥狀總積分組內(nèi)比較,均P0.01,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,說(shuō)明治療組與對(duì)照組均有顯著療效;兩組總積分療效比較,治療組的總有效率為96.67%,對(duì)照組的總有效率為86.67%,兩組進(jìn)行比較,P0.01,具有顯著差異,表明治療組總積分療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組;兩組治療前后在運(yùn)動(dòng)性抽動(dòng)方面的療效比較,治療組運(yùn)動(dòng)性抽動(dòng)的有效率為96.67%,對(duì)照組運(yùn)動(dòng)性抽動(dòng)的有效率為90.00%,兩組進(jìn)行比較,P0.01,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,表明治療組在運(yùn)動(dòng)性抽動(dòng)方面的療效明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組的療效;兩組治療前后在發(fā)聲性抽動(dòng)方面的療效比較,治療組發(fā)聲性抽動(dòng)的總有效率為93.33%,對(duì)照組發(fā)聲性抽動(dòng)的總有效率為86.67%,兩組進(jìn)行比較,P0.05,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,表明治療組在發(fā)聲性抽動(dòng)方面的療效明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組的療效;在治療期間,治療組未見(jiàn)不良反應(yīng),治療后,治療組安全性指標(biāo)檢查無(wú)異常,表明奔豚湯加減治療多發(fā)性抽動(dòng)癥未見(jiàn)不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論:1.奔豚湯加減對(duì)氣郁化火型多發(fā)性抽動(dòng)癥有顯著療效,且總體療效優(yōu)于鹽酸硫必利;2.奔豚湯加減對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)性、發(fā)聲性抽動(dòng)的療效均優(yōu)于鹽酸硫必利;3.奔豚湯加減對(duì)中醫(yī)證候改善情況效果優(yōu)于鹽酸硫必利;4.奔豚湯加減治療氣郁化火型多發(fā)性抽動(dòng)癥未見(jiàn)不良反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Banxue decoction in the treatment of Qi-stagnation-fire-type multiple tic syndrome. Methods: 60 children with multiple tic syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with Bentou decoction and the control group with tiapride hydrochloride. After 2 months of treatment, the changes of clinical symptoms, blood routine, urine routine, liver function and renal function were observed before and after treatment. Results: there was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment, which indicated that the treatment group and the control group had significant curative effect, and the total integral effect was compared between the two groups. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67 and the total effective rate of the control group was 86.67. There was a significant difference between the two groups, which indicated that the total integral effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. The effective rate of exercise twitching in the treatment group was 96.67 and that in the control group was 90.0.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant, which indicated that the curative effect of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group. The total effective rate of vocal twitch was 93.33 in the treatment group and 86.67 in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. The results showed that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group in vocal twitch was better than that of the control group, and during the treatment period, there was no adverse reaction in the treatment group, and after treatment, the safety index of the treatment group was not abnormal. It is indicated that Banyu decoction has no adverse reaction in the treatment of multiple tic syndrome. Conclusion 1. Bentanyou decoction has significant curative effect on qi stagnation and fire type multiple tic syndrome, and the overall curative effect is better than that of thiapride hydrochloride 2. The therapeutic effect of Bentanyu decoction on motor and vocal twitching was better than that of thiapride hydrochloride 3. The effect of Bandou decoction on the improvement of TCM syndromes was better than that of thiapride hydrochloride 4. There is no adverse reaction in the treatment of qi stagnation and fire type multiple tic syndrome by Bentou decoction.
