【摘要】：本課題對兩種具有保健功能作用的中藥-蒙古黃茜(Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.Var.Mongholicus(Bge.)Hisao)和梔子花(the flower of Gardenia jasmino idesEllis)的化學成分及初步的藥理活性進行了研究。對蒙古黃芪根莖的70%乙醇提取物進行了較系統(tǒng)的化學成分分離及鑒定,從中得到十四個化合物,包括五個環(huán)菠蘿蜜烷型三萜皂苷,即Astragaloside Ⅰ(1)、Astragaloside Ⅱ(2)、Isoastragaloside Ⅱ(3)、Isoastragaloside Ⅰ(4)、Astragal oside Ⅳ(5),兩個羽扇豆烷型三萜羽扇豆酮(6)、白樺脂醇(7),四個黃酮類化合物(±)-10-甲氧基美迪紫檀素(8)、Isomucronulatol7-glueosid(9)、7,3 '-diohydroxy-5 '-methoxisofiavone(10)、毛蕊異黃酮苷(12),兩個甾體類化合物β-谷甾醇(13)、胡蘿卜苷(14),一個酰胺類化合物(2S,3S,4R,10E)-2-[(2R)-2-羥基二十四烷酰氨基]-10-十八烷-1,3,4-三醇(11)。從中可看出Cycloartane型三萜為其主要成分。對梔子花的95%乙醇提取物乙酸乙酯萃取部位分離并鑒定了 11個化合物,包括九個Cycloartane型三萜類化合物以及兩個環(huán)烯醚萜類化合物,其中三個為新的 Cycloartane 型裂環(huán)三萜,即 Dikamaliartane G(15),Dikamaliartane H(16),DikamaliartaneⅠ(17),一個已知的 Cycloartane型裂環(huán)三萜 DikamaliartaneD(18),兩個已知的Cycloartane型三萜梔子花甲酸(19)和梔子花乙酸(20),三個已知的五環(huán)三萜熊果酸(21)、鐵冬青酸(22)、3β-6β-23-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid(23),以及兩個已知的環(huán)烯醚萜Aglucone(24)和Cyclopenta(25)。對上述化合物通過多種波譜技術(核磁、質譜、紅外等)進行了結構鑒定,并對這兩味中藥中的特征成分-Cycloartane型三萜進行的體外抗肝損傷藥理活性研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)一些化合物表現(xiàn)出對H2O2誘導的HepG2細胞損傷的保護活性。本文的研究工作為進一步闡明這兩種中藥保健功能的物質基礎提供了重要參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of (Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bge.Var.Mongholicus (Bge.) Hisao) and (the flower of Gardenia jasmino idesEllis) of Gardenia jasminoides were studied. The chemical constituents of 70% ethanol extract from the rhizome of Astragalus mongolicus were systematically isolated and identified.
