滲透樹脂、含氟制劑及GC護牙素治療正畸早期釉質脫礦的比較研究
[Abstract]:Objective: enamel demineralization is common in orthodontic process. Enamel demineralization not only causes enamel leukoplakia, but also causes early decayed enamel. A variety of treatment preparations have been applied to clinical and many related studies have been applied in recent years, but the research object is limited to two kinds of preparations and lack of systematic comparison of different principles. The research content concentrates on the effect of treatment, the research on the effect of timeliness, persistence and other characteristics is less. The limitations of the research object and content make the comparability between various preparations decrease and affect the reference value of the clinical treatment. Therefore, this experiment selects the common effective preparations of different action pros and choose three times. The effect of osmotic resin, fluorine containing preparation and GC in the treatment of dentin was measured qualitatively and quantitatively. The effect of aging, persistence and treatment of different preparations were compared. The purpose was to provide reference basis for clinical treatment. Materials and methods: 1. material preparation: collect 50 premolars randomly and evenly group, set A group as control group, B, C, D, E The demineralization model was established for the experimental group.2.: the samples were immersed in the artificial demineralization solution, 37 and 2 weeks, and the demineralized solution was changed daily for the treatment of.3. treatment preparations: group A artificial saliva treatment, group B ClinproTM White Varnish treatment, C group ClinproTM XT Varnish treatment, D group dentin treatment and infiltration resin treatment. They were all placed in artificial saliva for 6 weeks, daily replacement. Artificial saliva.4. eyes before and after demineralization and before and after demineralization and before and after the treatment of enamel surface color and skid change.5. treatment 2 weekend, 4 weekend, the 6 weekend, the use of microhardness tester to determine the surface microhardness, the use of SPSS 17 software to compare the microhardness value of the microhardness values for 6 weeks after the.6. treatment, using scanning electron microscopy (SU8010) to observe the surface morphology of enamel. Results: 1 Naked eye observation: (1) after enamel demineralization, all groups showed obvious Cretaceous appearance and rough surface; (2) after the treatment of the different preparations, the differences were significant, the color and roughness of the enamel surface of group A was slightly improved, the remineralization effect of group D B group C, after E group treatment, the enamel demineralization immediately improved, the effect of the most obvious.2. microhardness was compared: (1) comparison among groups The results showed that after 2 weeks of treatment, there was no statistical difference in group C except B (P0.05), and the difference between the other groups was significant (P0.01), and there was significant difference between each group (P0.01). (2) there was no statistical difference between second and fourth weeks in group A (P0.05), and there was a significant difference between the other groups (P0.01), and there was no difference in 4,6 week (P0.05) in the B group. The rest of the difference was significant. The three time points of group D were significantly different (P0.01), and there was no statistical difference between the three time points of group E (P0.05).3. scanning electron microscope: (1) the surface of A group was not smooth, a small amount of sediment was distributed, the demineralization gap was larger, the end of the enamel was dissolved and destroyed; (2) the surface of the B group was not smooth, and the deposit gap was not obvious and the end of the enamel was sunk. (3) the surface of the C group is not smooth, the deposition particles are smaller, the demineralization gap is not obvious, the end of a small amount of enamel is visible; (4) the surface of the group of D is smooth, the deposition particles are smaller, there is no clear demineralization gap, the end of the enamel is more complete; (5) the enamel surface of group E is smooth, there is no obvious demineralization gap, and the close arrangement of rod form resin process can be seen. Conclusion: 1. effect. Timeliness: artificial saliva is the slowest; fluorine containing reagent is slow in two weeks and obvious after four weeks; GC amidin is obvious in the early stage; Icon permeation resin can instantly restore the color and shape of enamel surface; the therapeutic timeliness is the continuity of the role of Icon osmosis resin GC amidin ClinproTM XT VarnishClinproTM White Varnish artificial saliva.2.. The effect of the remineralization of the saliva was slightly increased with time, and the remineralization of ClinproTM White Varnish was not obvious after 4 weeks; the remineralization of ClinproTM XT Varnish and GC was prolonged for a long time; Icon osmosis resin immediately completed the treatment and the effect was stable.3. final treatment effect: combined with meat eye observation, scanning electron microscope, microhardness, and the treatment of various preparations. The effect of early enamel demineralization was Icon osmotic resin GC, dentin ClinproTM XT VarnishClinproTM White Varnish artificial saliva.
