【摘要】：目的探討血清25羥維生素D水平與妊娠期高血壓疾病之間的相關(guān)性。方法采用電化學(xué)發(fā)光免疫分析法檢測163名妊娠期高血壓疾病患者(其中A組妊娠期高血壓56人、B組輕度子癇前期62人和C組重度子癇前期45人)及86名正常妊娠孕婦(對照組)在不同孕周時的血清25羥維生素D水平,分析25羥維生素D與妊娠期高血壓疾病的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果在妊娠12~18周、30~36周時,對照組25羥維生素D水平為(19.2±3.14)和(23.5±2.15)ng/m L;A組為(18.6±2.35)和(20.3±2.13)ng/m L;B組為(12.4±0.34)和(17.5±1.46)ng/m L;C組為(9.6±1.45)和(11.1±2.26)ng/m L。A組與對照組的25羥維生素D水平差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),B、C兩組25羥維生素D水平均明顯低于對照組(P0.01)。結(jié)論 25羥維生素D的下降與子癇前期的發(fā)病相關(guān),且早于子癇前期臨床癥狀的出現(xiàn),有預(yù)測子癇前期發(fā)生的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D level and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods Electrochemiluminescence immunoassay (ECL) was used to detect 163 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy (including 56 patients with hypertension complicating pregnancy and 62 patients with mild preeclampsia in group B and 45 patients with severe preeclampsia in group C) and 86 normal pregnancies. Serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D levels in pregnant women (control group) at different gestational weeks, To analyze the correlation between 25 hydroxyvitamin D and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Results at the 12th week of gestation, 30 weeks after gestation, The levels of 25 hydroxyvitamin D in the control group were (19.2 鹵3.14) and (23.5 鹵2.15) ng/m / L, respectively (18.6 鹵2.35) and (20.3 鹵2.13) ng/m / L (12.4 鹵0.34) and (17.5 鹵1.46) ng/m / L, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (9.6 鹵1.45) and (11.1 鹵2.26) ng/m L.A (P 0.05). Conclusion the decrease of 25 hydroxyvitamin D is associated with preeclampsia and is earlier than that of preeclampsia, which can predict the occurrence of preeclampsia.
