醫(yī)生角色沖突的現(xiàn)狀及其倫理調(diào)適

【摘要】：我國(guó)正處于特殊的社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,無(wú)論任何領(lǐng)域都面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。同樣地,醫(yī)療體制是與國(guó)民最為息息相關(guān)的,必然也發(fā)生了巨大的轉(zhuǎn)變。面對(duì)這一重大變革,醫(yī)務(wù)工作者面臨著前所未有的挑戰(zhàn),承受著來(lái)自各方面的壓力。這些壓力既有來(lái)自社會(huì)公眾、新聞媒體等的外部壓力,又有來(lái)自醫(yī)院管理、制度等方面的內(nèi)部壓力,尤其是當(dāng)前不斷升級(jí)的醫(yī)患矛盾給醫(yī)生的身心帶來(lái)了巨大的壓力。醫(yī)生工作無(wú)論從專(zhuān)業(yè)性還是學(xué)科難易程度上來(lái)說(shuō),其他職業(yè)都是不能相比的。毫無(wú)疑問(wèn)的是,醫(yī)生扮演了更多重的角色,多重角色的要求和期待不可避免地使其身處于角色沖突之中。這些沖突在醫(yī)生身上相互融合促進(jìn)也相互碰撞,造成了或大或小、或多或少的矛盾。緩解與調(diào)適醫(yī)生角色沖突,對(duì)于醫(yī)生的身心健康、和諧的醫(yī)患關(guān)系以及健康社會(huì)的促進(jìn),有著極其重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本論文以角色倫理為研究視域,在整理與綜述目前我國(guó)醫(yī)生的職業(yè)狀況與職業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)政策、文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查與訪談相結(jié)合的方法,分析醫(yī)生職業(yè)狀況與職業(yè)發(fā)展的歷史和現(xiàn)狀、存在問(wèn)題和原因,在此基礎(chǔ)上,探索性地從醫(yī)生、醫(yī)院、社會(huì)三個(gè)層面提出醫(yī)生角色沖突的倫理對(duì)策與路徑。論文共分為五部分。第一部分,緒論。主要就論文的選題背景、意義,國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,以及研究方法與創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)做一介紹。第一章,醫(yī)生角色沖突釋義。主要就醫(yī)生角色和醫(yī)生角色沖突等相關(guān)概念及倫理要求進(jìn)行解釋,并進(jìn)而在醫(yī)生角色沖突形成的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)“醫(yī)生角色沖突”進(jìn)行界定,從而明確論文的研究視域。第二章,醫(yī)生角色沖突表現(xiàn)、影響及其成因分析。通過(guò)實(shí)證調(diào)查,分析總結(jié)現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)醫(yī)生角色沖突的現(xiàn)狀及其影響,并在此基礎(chǔ)上從倫理角度進(jìn)行影響因素分析。第三章,醫(yī)生角色沖突的倫理調(diào)適。嘗試就目前醫(yī)生角色沖突的問(wèn)題提出相應(yīng)的倫理思考與對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:China is in a special period of social transformation, no matter in any field are facing enormous challenges. Similarly, the health care system is most closely related to the people, and must have undergone a huge transformation. In the face of this major change, medical workers are facing unprecedented challenges and are under pressure from all sides. These pressures not only come from the external pressure of the public, the news media and so on, but also from the internal pressure of hospital management, system and so on. Especially, the escalating contradiction between doctors and patients has brought great pressure to the doctors' body and mind. No other profession is comparable in terms of professional or disciplinary difficulty. There is no doubt that doctors play more roles, and the demands and expectations of multiple roles inevitably lead to a conflict of roles. These conflicts promote and collide with each other in doctors, creating more or less contradictions, large or small. It is of great practical significance to alleviate and adjust doctors' role conflict for doctors' physical and mental health, harmonious doctor-patient relationship and the promotion of healthy society. This paper takes the role ethics as the research field of view, on the basis of sorting out and summarizing the relevant policies of doctors' professional status and career development in our country at present, and on the basis of the literature, through the method of combining questionnaire and interview. On the basis of analyzing the history and present situation of doctors' professional status and professional development, the existing problems and causes, this paper puts forward the ethical countermeasures and paths of doctors' role conflict from three aspects: doctors, hospitals and society. The paper is divided into five parts. The first part, introduction. This paper introduces the background, significance, domestic and international research status, research methods and innovations. The first chapter explains the conflict of doctors' role. This paper mainly explains the related concepts and ethical requirements, such as the role of doctors and the conflict of role of doctors, and then defines the conflict of role of doctors on the basis of the formation of conflicts of roles of doctors, so as to clarify the research horizon of this paper. The second chapter, the doctor role conflict performance, the influence and the cause analysis. Through the empirical investigation, this paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation and influence of the conflict of doctors' role in our country at present, and then analyzes the influencing factors from the angle of ethics. The third chapter, the ethical adjustment of doctors'role conflict. This paper tries to put forward the corresponding ethical thinking and countermeasures on the conflict of doctors' role at present.
