不同韻律層級下痙攣型腦癱兒童停延特征及其與言語清晰度的相關性

【摘要】:言語中的停延時長分配不當,影響聽眾對語句語法結構層次、感情色彩等語義信息的獲取,也會降低說話者的言語可懂度。臨床中我們發(fā)現,痙攣型腦癱兒童的口語中存在停延時長過長而導致的語音斷續(xù)度大和音節(jié)黏連層次不清的現象,這降低了他們的言語清晰度。然而,對痙攣型腦癱兒童停延的關注僅停留在經驗層面,實證研究匱乏。與普通兒童相比,痙攣型腦癱兒童的在各韻律層級下的停延有何特征,這是本研究擬解決的首要研究問題;兩類兒童在各韻律層級下的停延時長與言語清晰度(聲韻母的字清晰度與句清晰度)間的相關性如何,這是本研究擬解決的第二個問題;聲韻母類型是否影響異常停延的發(fā)生率,這是本研究擬解決的第三個問題。為了解決這些問題,本研究將比較兩類兒童在跟讀語言任務下的停延時長,分析痙攣型腦癱兒童在各韻律層級下的停延時長特征;將兩類兒童各韻律層級下的停延時長分別與其言語清晰度做相關,探討其停延時長與言語清晰度之間的關系;總結兩類兒童不同類型聲韻母異常停延發(fā)生率狀況。本研究主要研究內容及結果如下:1.痙攣型腦癱兒童在各韻律層級下的停延特征在兒童類型上,痙攣型腦癱兒童的停延時長顯著高于普通兒童,且降低了其言語流利性;韻律層級上,隨著韻律層級的上升,停延時長也增加。2.兩類兒童在各韻律層級下的停延時長與其言語清晰度的相關性普通兒童:普通兒童在各韻律層級下的停頓時長與聲母的字清晰度、句清晰度呈中、強度負相關;在各韻律層級下的音節(jié)拖延時長與韻母的字清晰度、句清晰度呈中度負相關。腦癱兒童:痙攣型腦癱兒童在各韻律層級下的停頓時長、音節(jié)時長與聲韻母的字清晰度、句清晰度均存在中、強度負相關。3.兩類兒童不同類型聲韻母異常停延的發(fā)生率聲韻母類型會影響兒童異常停延的產生,隨著聲韻母構音難度的增加異常停延的發(fā)生率也隨之上升。
[Abstract]:The improper allocation of pause delay in speech affects the audience's acquisition of semantic information such as grammatical structure and emotional color. It also reduces the speech intelligibility of the speaker. In clinic we found that the speech of children with spastic cerebral palsy has the phenomenon of too long stop delay which leads to a large degree of discontinuity and unclear syllable levels which reduces their speech articulation. However, the focus on children with spastic cerebral palsy is limited to empirical level, and empirical research is scarce. Compared with the common children, the characteristics of children with spastic cerebral palsy in the different prosodic levels are the most important research issues to be solved in this study. The second problem to be solved in this study is the correlation between the length of stop delay and the articulation of speech (word clarity and sentence clarity) between the two types of children at different prosodic levels. Whether the mother type of rhyme affects the incidence of abnormal delay is the third problem to be solved in this study. In order to solve these problems, this study will compare the length of stop delay of two kinds of children under the task of following reading language, and analyze the characteristics of stop delay of children with spastic cerebral palsy at different prosodic levels. In order to explore the relationship between stop delay and speech intelligibility, the two kinds of children's stopping delay length under each prosodic level is related to their speech articulation, and the occurrence rate of abnormal stop and delay of two kinds of children's different types of rhyme and initial rhyme are summarized. The main contents and results of this study are as follows: 1. The stopping delay of children with spastic cerebral palsy was significantly longer than that of the normal children, and decreased the fluency of speech in the children with spastic cerebral palsy at different prosodic levels, and at the prosodic level, with the increase of the prosodic level, the delay time of the children with spastic cerebral palsy was significantly longer than that of the normal children. Stop delay also increased. 2. The correlation between stop delay length and speech intelligibility of two kinds of children at each prosodic level: the pause duration of ordinary children at each prosodic level is negatively correlated with the word clarity of the consonant and the intensity of sentence clarity; The duration of syllable procrastination at each prosodic level is negatively correlated with the articulation of the vowel and the articulation of the sentence. Children with cerebral palsy: the duration of pauses, syllable duration and initial word clarity, sentence clarity of spastic cerebral palsy children at different prosodic levels were negatively correlated with the intensity. 3. The incidence of abnormal stop of two types of children will affect the occurrence of abnormal stop, and the incidence of abnormal stop will increase with the increase of the difficulty of consonant conformation.
