【摘要】：目的:論文旨在通過(guò)搜集文獻(xiàn)和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)《普濟(jì)方》中含葶藶子的方劑進(jìn)行梳理,歸納總結(jié)《普濟(jì)方》中葶藶子的配伍特點(diǎn)及中醫(yī)古籍文獻(xiàn)中對(duì)葶藶子相關(guān)的本草文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析,并為臨床上對(duì)葶藶子的配伍應(yīng)用和新藥的研發(fā)提供更廣闊的思路,且為今后葶藶子的配伍應(yīng)用的研究工作奠定一定的文獻(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)。方法:運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)學(xué)和統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)的研究方法,《普濟(jì)方》收錄的方劑有61739首,其中含有葶藶子的方劑共有654首,占全書方劑總數(shù)的1.06%,和歷代本草文獻(xiàn)為依據(jù),首次對(duì)其進(jìn)行搜集、整理,篩選出含有葶藶子的方劑并建立方劑數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),利用中醫(yī)傳承輔助平臺(tái)(V2.5)統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行頻次分析、聚類分析、關(guān)聯(lián)法分析等數(shù)據(jù)挖掘分析,最終對(duì)所得結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析討論。結(jié)論:通過(guò)對(duì)收集資料的研究分析,葶藶子的配伍的常見藥物分類為瀉下藥、化痰止咳平喘藥、補(bǔ)虛藥、利水滲濕藥等;治療的常見疾病有水腫、喘證、咳嗽、鼓脹、痰飲、肺癰、肺脹、便秘、黃疸、積聚等。本文得出的結(jié)論是葶藶子配伍治療水腫、喘證、咳嗽、鼓脹、痰飲等五種常見疾病,通過(guò)分析得其代表方劑,葶藶子治療水腫的核心藥物組合為"葶藶子-防己-郁李仁-茯苓-陳皮",代表方劑為葶藶丸。證型為濕熱壅盛證,其配伍特點(diǎn)為通利三焦,氣行則水行。葶藶子治療喘證的核心藥物組合為"葶藶子-杏仁-桑白皮-陳皮-甘草",代表方劑為郁李仁丸。證型為痰濁阻肺證,其配伍特點(diǎn)為使宣降得復(fù),水濕運(yùn)化致喘得以平。葶藶子治療咳嗽的兩組核心藥物組合為"葶藶子-杏仁-桑白皮-陳皮-甘草"和"葶藶子-人參-烏梅-罌粟殼",代表方劑為陳橘皮散、寧神散。證型為痰濕蘊(yùn)肺證和寒濕襲肺證,其配伍特點(diǎn)為一宣一散,使邪有出路和斂肺而不傷正,宣肺而不傷正。葶藶子治療鼓脹的核心藥物組合為"葶藶子-椒目-茯苓-吳茱萸-甘遂",代表方劑為葶藶茯苓丸。證型為水熱蘊(yùn)結(jié)證,其配伍特點(diǎn)為使峻下逐水,水有出路。葶藶子治療痰飲的核心藥物組合為"葶藶子-大黃-椒目-防己",代表方劑為己椒藶黃丸。證型為飲留胃腸證,其配伍特點(diǎn)為使苦辛宣泄,前后分消。
[Abstract]:Objective: the purpose of this paper is to sort out the prescriptions of Sophie Sophia in "Puji Fang" by collecting literature and statistical analysis, sum up the compatibility characteristics of "Puji Li", and summarize and analyze the literature of the herbs related to sophion in ancient Chinese literature. The research and development provides a broader idea and lays a foundation for the future research on the compatibility application of Sophia Sophia. Methods: using literature and statistics, there are 61739 prescriptions included in the "Pu Ji Fang", of which there are 654 prescriptions containing Sophia Sophia, accounting for 1.06% of the total number of prescriptions in the whole book, and the literature of the past generations of herbs. According to it, it is the first time to collect, collate, filter out the prescription containing Sophia Sophia and establish a database of prescription, and use the V2.5 statistical software to analyze the data of the database, cluster analysis, correlation analysis and so on. Finally, the results are analyzed and discussed. The common drugs for the compatibility of sophion are classified as purging drugs, expectorant antitussive antiasthmatic drugs, supplementing asthenia medicine, leothing and wetting medicine, etc. the common diseases in the treatment are edema, asthma, cough, swelling, sputum, lung carbuncle, lung distention, constipation, jaundice, accumulation and so on. The conclusion of this article is that Sophia leopara is combined with edema, asthma, coughing, swollen, phlegm drink, and so on five By analyzing the common diseases, the core drug of Sophia Sophia, which is the core drug for the treatment of edema, is a combination of "Sophia nexus - tetrandrine - Yu Li Ren tuckahoe - Chen peel" and a prescription for Sophie pills. White skin - pericarp - Glycyrrhiza ", the representative prescription is Yu Li Ren pill. The syndrome type is phlegm obstruction lung syndrome. The compatibility features of the syndrome are the reduction of the syndrome, the water wetting and the asthma can be leveled. The two core combination of sophion's treatment for coughing is" Sophia - Almond - almond - mulberry - Chen Peel - Glycyrrhiza "and" sophion - Ginseng - Ginseng - mume - poppy shell ", and the representative prescription is Chen orange powder. The syndrome type is the syndrome of phlegm dampness and dampness of lung syndrome and cold dampness attacking the lung syndrome. Its compatibility is a Xuan Yi San, which makes the evil have a way out and collect the lung without injury. The core drug combination for the bulging is "Sophia Zanthoxylum - tuckahoe - Evodia - sweet", and the representative prescription is tuckahoe pill. Syndrome type is water heat implication syndrome and its compatibility characteristics In order to make the water cut down, the water has a way out. The core drug combination of dracon seed treatment for sputum drink is "draca draca - Rhubarb - Zanthoxylum - tetrandrine", which represents the prescription for its own pepper and yellow pill.
