【摘要】：目的:通過運(yùn)用中藥逍遙散加減治療肝郁脾虛型月經(jīng)過少,觀察該方法對(duì)肝郁脾虛型月經(jīng)過少患者的臨床療效。方法:根據(jù)病例納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn),選擇2016年4月-2017年4月間于黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬第二醫(yī)院婦科一門診就診的60例女性患者,使用方藥逍遙散加減進(jìn)行口服治療,自月經(jīng)干凈開始服藥,連續(xù)服用至月經(jīng)來(lái)潮,以其服用的一個(gè)月經(jīng)周期作為一個(gè)療程,連續(xù)服用三個(gè)月經(jīng)周期。觀察這些患者用藥前及用藥后記錄的月經(jīng)情況和中醫(yī)癥狀變化情況,以及治療前后血FSH、LH、E2、PRL值和子宮內(nèi)膜厚度的變化情況。結(jié)果:綜合治療結(jié)果:臨床觀察60例患者,其中痊愈15例,顯效32例,有效12例,無(wú)效1例,總有效率達(dá)98.33%,臨床治療效果顯著。治療前后月經(jīng)量比較具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),月經(jīng)量少癥狀明顯改善。各項(xiàng)中醫(yī)癥狀治療前后比較,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p0.05),臨床觀察治療效果滿意,中醫(yī)癥狀改善明顯。治療前后的血FSH、LH、E2、PRL值無(wú)明顯差異(p0.05)。治療后的子宮內(nèi)膜厚度較治療前升高,有顯著性差異(p0.05)。結(jié)論:逍遙散加減治療肝郁脾虛型月經(jīng)過少臨床治療療效顯著。能夠有效的改善月經(jīng)過少癥狀以及中醫(yī)臨床癥狀,治療過程安全可靠,無(wú)副作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Xiaoyao Powder (XY) in treating menorrhagia of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type. Methods: according to the criteria of case inclusion, 60 female patients from April 2016 to April 2017 in the gynecological outpatient clinic of the second affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine were selected for oral treatment with the addition or subtraction of Xiaoyao Powder. Start taking medicine from menstruation clean, take continuously to menstruation come, take its one menstrual cycle as a course of treatment, take 3 menstrual cycles continuously. To observe the changes of menstruation and TCM symptoms before and after treatment, and the changes of PRL value and endometrial thickness before and after treatment. Results: there were 60 cases of clinical observation, of which 15 cases were cured, 32 cases were effective, 12 cases were effective, 1 case was ineffective, the total effective rate was 98.33%, and the clinical treatment effect was remarkable. The menstrual volume before and after treatment was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the symptoms with less menstrual volume were significantly improved. The symptoms of TCM were compared before and after treatment, with statistical significance p0.05, clinical observation and treatment results were satisfactory, the improvement of TCM symptoms was obvious. There was no significant difference in PRL between the two groups before and after treatment (P 0.05). The endometrial thickness after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment (P 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of Xiaoyao Powder on the treatment of excessive menstruation due to liver depression and spleen deficiency is significant. Can effectively improve the symptoms of menstruation and clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, the treatment process is safe and reliable, no side effects.
