溫病學(xué)派之運氣學(xué)背景研究

【摘要】:目的:本研究將從運氣學(xué)角度就溫病學(xué)派的背景進(jìn)行探究,以分析溫病學(xué)派產(chǎn)生的運氣學(xué)因素,以此能夠為探究溫病學(xué)派產(chǎn)生的原因提供多角度因素,揭示運氣學(xué)與溫病學(xué)派的內(nèi)在規(guī)律。方法:主要采用文獻(xiàn)研究法與定性分析法。具體運用歸納和演繹、分析與綜合以及抽象與概括等方法對文獻(xiàn)資料進(jìn)行歸納整理。結(jié)果:以《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》運氣七篇為主導(dǎo),陸懋修《世補(bǔ)齋醫(yī)書》等所提出的"大司天"運氣學(xué)理論為依據(jù),其中通過闡述所選取的溫病學(xué)派十四位代表醫(yī)家所處的"大司天"背景,論述各代表醫(yī)家溫病學(xué)術(shù)思想形成的原因,并與其它學(xué)派相比較,分析可見溫病學(xué)派產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展時期所處運氣大司天期間,占有主導(dǎo)地位的外感熱病主要為溫?zé)嵝再|(zhì)的,從而形成了諸多醫(yī)家研究溫病學(xué)的昌盛局面,由此形成和發(fā)展了溫病學(xué)派。結(jié)論:一、溫病學(xué)派代表醫(yī)家一生均經(jīng)歷過火熱之氣的運氣學(xué)背景,與傷寒學(xué)派、溫補(bǔ)學(xué)派等形成對比;二、運氣學(xué)理論與中國古代氣候、物候、病候等存在一定關(guān)聯(lián)性;三、溫病學(xué)派的形成與發(fā)展存在運氣學(xué)背景因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: this study will explore the background of febrile school from the perspective of luck, so as to analyze the factors of luck produced by the school of febrile disease, so as to provide multi-angle factors for exploring the causes of the school of febrile disease. Reveal the inherent law of luck and febrile school. Methods: literature research and qualitative analysis were used. The methods of induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, abstraction and generalization are used to summarize the literature. Results: based on the theory of "Dashitian" luck put forward by Lu Maoxiu and Shibuzhai Medical Book, which is mainly composed of seven articles of luck in Huangdi's Internal Classic, and Lu Maoxiu's Medical Book of Shibuzhai, etc. Among them, by expounding the background of the 14 representative doctors of febrile disease school, this paper discusses the reasons for the formation of the academic thought of febrile disease, and compares it with other schools. The analysis shows that during the period of the birth and development of febrile school, the dominant exogenous febrile disease was mainly warm and hot, thus forming the prosperous situation of many physicians studying febrile disease. Thus the febrile school was formed and developed. Conclusions: first, the school of febrile disease represents the medical doctors who have experienced the background of luck of fiery fever in their whole life, which is in contrast with the school of typhoid fever and the school of warm-supplement; second, the theory of luck is related to ancient Chinese climate, phenology, disease, etc.; third, there is a certain correlation between the theory of luck and ancient Chinese climate, phenology, disease, etc. The formation and development of febrile school have the background of luck.
