【摘要】：腫瘤是機(jī)體在各種致癌因素作用下,局部組織克隆性異常增生而形成的異常病變。腫瘤是現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)的病名,分為良性和惡性腫瘤,良性腫瘤定義為瘤,惡性腫瘤則定義為癌�，F(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)腫瘤在古籍中有過(guò)"腫瘍""積聚"、"ve瘕"、"癭瘤"、"伏梁"、"痰核"等記載。其中諸多古籍提及了食物治療腫瘤的方法,并開(kāi)設(shè)了食物的四氣五味,提出了"食療不愈,然后命藥"的理論,故本文通過(guò)查閱古籍,搜索歷代醫(yī)家食療案例,總結(jié)歸納,將腫瘤的食療方法進(jìn)行了較為系統(tǒng)的分類(lèi)。腫瘤患者多因正虛邪實(shí),臟腑功能失調(diào),氣血陰陽(yáng)失調(diào),人體相對(duì)平衡的狀態(tài)遭到破壞,通過(guò)飲食療法,不僅可以補(bǔ)益氣血,調(diào)節(jié)陰陽(yáng),對(duì)腫瘤患者也起到有效的防治作用。通過(guò)對(duì)患者進(jìn)行辨證,提供合理的飲食療法,對(duì)其腫瘤的預(yù)防、控制及轉(zhuǎn)歸有著重要的意義。全文包括以下幾個(gè)方面:第一部分搜集整理古代文獻(xiàn),闡述了祖國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)及現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)對(duì)"腫瘍""積聚"、"ve瘕"、"癭瘤"、"伏梁"的文獻(xiàn)研究;回顧歷代醫(yī)家對(duì)食療防治本病的認(rèn)識(shí)。第二部分,論述了食療防治惡性腫瘤的臨床應(yīng)用,包括惡性腫瘤患者的飲食原則和食物選擇;探討惡性腫瘤的辨證施食。文章中食療方劑均摘自中華臨床藥膳食療學(xué)。
[Abstract]:Tumor is an abnormal lesion caused by clonal dysplasia of local tissue under the action of various carcinogenic factors. Tumor is the name of modern medicine, which is divided into benign and malignant tumors, benign tumor is defined as tumor, malignant tumor is defined as cancer. Modern medical neoplasms have been recorded in ancient books, such as "swelling," "accumulation", "ve mass", "gall tumor", "Fuliang", "sputum nucleus" and so on. Many of the ancient books mentioned the method of food treatment of cancer, and set up the four Qi and five flavors of food, and put forward the theory of "Diet Therapy does not heal, then order Medicine". Therefore, this article, by consulting ancient books, searching for cases of dietetic therapy of past dynasties, summing up and summing up. The therapeutic methods of cancer were classified systematically. Tumor patients are mostly due to deficiency of qi and evil, dysfunction of viscera function, imbalance of qi and blood yin and yang, and destruction of the relative balance of human body. Diet therapy can not only replenish qi and blood, regulate yin and yang, but also play an effective role in preventing and treating tumor patients. It is of great significance for the prevention, control and prognosis of cancer through differentiation of symptoms and signs to provide reasonable diet therapy. The full text includes the following several aspects: the first part collects and arranges the ancient literature, elaborated the motherland medicine and the modern medicine to "the swollen choice" the accumulation "," ve mass "," the gall tumor "," the Fu Liang "; In the second part, the clinical application of diet therapy in the prevention and treatment of malignant tumor is discussed, including the dietary principle and food selection of the patients with malignant tumor, and the differentiation of symptoms and signs in the treatment of malignant tumor. The Chinese herbal medicine prescriptions are all extracted from Chinese clinical diet therapy.
