【摘要】：目的:評(píng)價(jià)種植術(shù)后分別給予復(fù)方氯已定含漱液、西吡氯銨含片、西帕依固齦液等三種措施預(yù)防種植體術(shù)后感染的臨床療效,為未來(lái)的臨床工作提供參考依據(jù)。方法:選擇2015年至2016年在新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)第二附屬醫(yī)院口腔科行種植手術(shù)的患者為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)排除納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)選取60例患者,采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組與實(shí)驗(yàn)A、B、C共四組,每組15例。對(duì)照組在種植手術(shù)后給予生理鹽水漱口一周、復(fù)方氯已定實(shí)驗(yàn)A組在種植手術(shù)后用復(fù)方氯已定含漱液漱口一周、西帕依固齦液實(shí)驗(yàn)B組在種植手術(shù)后用西帕依固齦液漱口一周、西吡氯銨含片實(shí)驗(yàn)C組種植手術(shù)后給予西吡氯銨含片一周。通過(guò)患者術(shù)后第二天對(duì)疼痛感的評(píng)價(jià)、術(shù)后一周傷口愈合情況、術(shù)后一周牙周指數(shù)(改良菌斑指數(shù),改良牙齦指數(shù),改良齦溝出血指數(shù))檢查、齦溝細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)計(jì)數(shù)等指標(biāo),術(shù)后三個(gè)月通過(guò)X線片與臨床指征觀察種植體初期穩(wěn)定性,對(duì)比評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)照組與三組實(shí)驗(yàn)藥物的療效。結(jié)果:四組間年齡、性別、種植部位等基本信息均衡,疼痛度、傷口愈合情況、牙齦指數(shù)、牙齦出血指數(shù)、菌斑指數(shù)等指標(biāo),細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)計(jì)數(shù)結(jié)果差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:復(fù)方氯已定含漱液、西吡氯銨含片、西帕依固齦液等三種局部抗菌藥物療效可靠,可以有效預(yù)防種植體植入后的早期感染。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical efficacy of compound chlorhexidine gargle, cepiramide buccal tablet and sipanil gingival fluid in preventing postoperative infection after implant implantation. Methods: from 2015 to 2016, 60 patients undergoing implant surgery in the Department of Stomatology, second affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were selected according to the exclusion criteria. The control group was divided into four groups with 15 cases in each group. The control group was gargled with normal saline for one week, and the compound chlorhexidine group A was gargled with compound chlorhexidine gargle for one week after implantation. After implantation, group B was gargled with cipramine gingival fluid for one week, and group C was given cipiramine buccal tablet for one week after implantation. The pain was evaluated on the second day after implantation. One week after operation, wound healing, periodontal index (modified plaque index, modified gingival index, modified gingival sulcus bleeding index), gingival sulcus bacterial culture count, etc. Three months after operation, the initial stability of implant was observed by X-ray film and clinical indication, and the curative effect of experimental drugs in control group and three groups was compared. Results: the basic information of age, sex, site of implantation was balanced and pain degree was observed among the four groups. There were significant differences in wound healing, gingival index, gingival bleeding index, plaque index and bacterial culture count. Three local antimicrobial agents such as Cipayl gingival fluid are effective in preventing early infection after implant implantation.
