【摘要】：目的:探討夾脊穴聯(lián)合督灸療法治療寒濕痹阻型強(qiáng)直性脊柱炎的臨床研究。方法:將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的66例強(qiáng)直性脊柱炎患者隨機(jī)分成兩組,治療組患者33例,結(jié)合夾脊穴、督灸與口服西藥等方法進(jìn)行治療,對照組患者33例,結(jié)合夾脊穴、溫針灸與口服西藥等方法進(jìn)行治療,對兩組患者接受治療前后的實驗室指標(biāo)、主要癥狀分級量化積分、體征改變(胸廓活動度、枕-墻距、指-地距、附著點指數(shù))的具體情況進(jìn)行仔細(xì)觀察。結(jié)果:治療組33例患者中5例患者在臨床上完全治愈,所占比例為15%,臨床治療效果顯著的患者15例,所占比例為46%,產(chǎn)生一定臨床效果的患者7例,所占比例為21%,治療效果全無的患者6例,所占比例為18%,整體臨床治療有效比例達(dá)到82%。對比組33例患者中,臨床上完全治愈的患者4例,所占比例為12.1%,臨床治療效果顯著的患者13例,所占比例為39.4%,產(chǎn)生一定臨床效果的患者7例,所占比例為21.2%,療效全無的患者9例,所占比例為27.3%,整體臨床治療有效比例達(dá)到73%,兩組療效比較,經(jīng)秩和檢驗,(P0.05),說明治療組療效優(yōu)于對照組,主要癥狀分級量化積分兩組治療后較本組治療前均降低(P0.05),主要體征比較改善情況兩組治療后較本組治療前均降低(P0.05),ESR、CRP結(jié)果兩組治療后較本組治療前均降低(P0.05),說明治療組療效優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論:對于強(qiáng)直性脊柱炎患者的治療,夾脊穴聯(lián)合督灸療法的效果更理想。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical study on treatment of ankylosing spondylitis of cold and dampness obstruction type with Jiaji acupoint combined with du moxibustion. Methods: 66 cases of ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (33 cases), combined with Jiaji point. In the control group, 33 patients were treated with Jiaji point, warm moxibustion and oral western medicine. The laboratory indexes and the main symptoms were classified and quantified before and after treatment. The changes of physical signs (thoracic activity, occipital-wall distance, finger-ground distance, attachment point index) were carefully observed. Results: in the treatment group, 5 of 33 patients were completely cured clinically. The proportion was 15. There were 15 patients with remarkable clinical effects, 46 patients, 7 patients who had certain clinical effects, 21 patients, and 6 patients who had no effect at all. The proportion was 18 and the effective proportion of the whole clinical treatment reached 82. In the contrast group, 4 patients were completely cured, the proportion was 12.1g, and 13 patients with remarkable clinical treatment effect. The proportion was 39.4. There were 7 patients with certain clinical effect, the proportion was 21.2um, 9 patients had no curative effect, the proportion was 27.3. The effective ratio of the whole clinical treatment was 73. The results of rank sum test showed that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. After treatment, the scores of major symptoms in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the main signs were improved. After treatment, the levels of P0.05 and ESR-CRP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment. The results showed that the two groups were lower than those before treatment, indicating that the two groups had lower levels of P0.05P than before treatment, indicating that the two groups had lower levels of P0.05U after treatment than before treatment. Conclusion: treatment of ankylosing spondylitis patients, The effect of Jiaji acupoint combined with moxibustion therapy is more ideal.
