【摘要】：目的:通過對中醫(yī)古文獻(xiàn)的梳理,厘清經(jīng)絡(luò)概念及其基礎(chǔ)理論的源流發(fā)展,重新認(rèn)識經(jīng)絡(luò)學(xué)說,為臨床治療提供理論基礎(chǔ)及指導(dǎo)。為經(jīng)絡(luò)學(xué)說的深入研究提供思路和方法。方法:1、文獻(xiàn)信息學(xué)方法:運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)信息學(xué)的方法,借助《中華醫(yī)典》軟件、CNKI文獻(xiàn)庫及圖書館等,全面搜集歷代文獻(xiàn)中有關(guān)經(jīng)絡(luò)學(xué)說的資料,挖掘整理中醫(yī)學(xué)歷代文獻(xiàn)中經(jīng)絡(luò)及其相關(guān)的基本術(shù)語和理論。2、史學(xué)的方法:對搜集整理的文獻(xiàn)資料,從歷史學(xué)的角度追源溯流,從總體上把握經(jīng)絡(luò)學(xué)說的起源與發(fā)展脈絡(luò),研究和辨析經(jīng)絡(luò)相關(guān)概念及理論的演化、內(nèi)涵、外延。3、理論歸納、分析方法:對經(jīng)絡(luò)相關(guān)概念及理論進(jìn)行整理、歸納,進(jìn)行思辨與提煉,從古文獻(xiàn)中客觀認(rèn)識古代經(jīng)絡(luò)內(nèi)涵及經(jīng)絡(luò)理論。內(nèi)容:本論文由三部分組成:第一部分,根據(jù)整理文獻(xiàn)資料,撰文對其記載的經(jīng)絡(luò)及其相關(guān)的術(shù)語和概念進(jìn)行詮釋,具體包括如脈、血脈與脈道、經(jīng)脈、脈氣、脈診、脈動、脈象等,剖析相關(guān)概念的含義,將經(jīng)絡(luò)概念產(chǎn)生的源流及發(fā)展做一整理。第二部分,辨析經(jīng)絡(luò)學(xué)說基本理論形成的原因及哲學(xué)文化影響,對經(jīng)絡(luò)的基礎(chǔ)理論進(jìn)行深入剖析,以大量翔實(shí)的文獻(xiàn)資料為引證,盡量還其本來面目。第三部分,對經(jīng)絡(luò)理論多學(xué)說并存的探索和研究,對經(jīng)絡(luò)學(xué)說中許多異同問題進(jìn)行了探討和發(fā)揮,從歷史的角度分析古代文獻(xiàn)對經(jīng)絡(luò)理論的認(rèn)知情況。結(jié)論:1、古代醫(yī)書中的經(jīng)絡(luò)與現(xiàn)行經(jīng)典經(jīng)絡(luò)的內(nèi)涵有所不同,對古代文獻(xiàn)不加辨析而直接引用以闡述經(jīng)絡(luò)的病因證治,是導(dǎo)致經(jīng)絡(luò)學(xué)說概念局限、泛化及混亂不清的根源;2、經(jīng)絡(luò)理論的形成既有長期醫(yī)療實(shí)踐的體驗(yàn)與感受,也有古代哲學(xué)思想和自然科學(xué)思想的滲透和影響,故經(jīng)絡(luò)學(xué)說存在理論上的虛設(shè)或假說。3、古人發(fā)現(xiàn)和認(rèn)識經(jīng)絡(luò)的過程經(jīng)歷了一個漫長的歷史時(shí)期,各代的眾多醫(yī)家從不同角度,不同方面對經(jīng)絡(luò)現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行觀察研究和記述,故而經(jīng)絡(luò)理論存在多家學(xué)說并存的情況。4、從古文獻(xiàn)中挖掘和認(rèn)識古代經(jīng)絡(luò)理論的真實(shí)面貌,這對于經(jīng)絡(luò)理論的研究和探索有重要的價(jià)值,而且為臨床針灸治療提供不同思路和方向。意義:1、使人們認(rèn)識到古代文獻(xiàn)中關(guān)于經(jīng)絡(luò)概念與現(xiàn)今經(jīng)典經(jīng)絡(luò)有很大差別,能有效避免對混淆概念的繼續(xù)引用;2、初步厘清了經(jīng)絡(luò)概念及其基礎(chǔ)理論的源流發(fā)展,重新審視"經(jīng)絡(luò)"從源到流的發(fā)展;3、為現(xiàn)代針灸臨床治療提供了中醫(yī)學(xué)理論依據(jù)及新的思路。
[Abstract]:Objective: to clarify the origin and development of the concept of meridian and its basic theory by combing the ancient literature of traditional Chinese medicine, and to reunderstand the theory of meridian and collaterals. To provide theoretical basis and guidance for clinical treatment, to provide ideas and methods for the further study of meridian theory, methods: to use the method of literature informatics, to use the method of document informatics, to use CNKI document library and library, etc. Collect the information about meridian theory in the literature of the past dynasties, excavate and sort out the basic terms and theories of meridian and collation in the literature of the past dynasties of traditional Chinese medicine, the method of historiography: tracing back to the source from the angle of history to collect and collate the literature materials, Grasp the origin and development of meridian theory in general, study and differentiate the related concepts and theories of meridians and collaterals, study and discriminate the evolution, connotation, extension. 3. Conclusion: the connotation of meridian and meridian in ancient medical books is different from that of classical meridians, and the ancient literature is directly cited without discrimination and analysis in order to explain the etiology and treatment of meridians and collaterals. The formation of meridian theory has not only the experience and feeling of long-term medical practice, but also the infiltration and influence of ancient philosophical thought and natural science thought. Therefore, there are theoretical hypotheses or hypotheses in the theory of meridians and collaterals. The ancients' discovery and understanding of meridians and collaterals experienced a long historical period. Many physicians of different generations observed and studied the phenomenon of meridians from different angles, and recorded the phenomenon of meridians and collaterals. Therefore, there are many theories coexisting in the theory of meridian and collaterals. 4. It is of great value to study and explore the theory of meridian and collaterals by excavating and recognizing the true outlook of the theory of ancient meridians from the ancient literature. It also provides different ideas and directions for clinical acupuncture and moxibustion treatment. Meaning: 1, people realize that the concept of meridian and collaterals in ancient literature is quite different from that of classical meridians today. It can effectively avoid the further application of the concept of confusion and preliminarily clarify the origin and development of the concept of meridian and its basic theory. The review of the development of meridian from source to stream provides a theoretical basis and a new way of thinking for modern acupuncture and moxibustion therapy.
