【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)逐漸步入老齡化社會(huì),慢性病逐漸影響著人們的身體健康,在慢性病中尤其以高血壓最為常見(jiàn),是多種疾病的誘發(fā)因素,基于我國(guó)目前高血壓慢病管理以被動(dòng)醫(yī)療方式為主,往往患者發(fā)生發(fā)現(xiàn)了腎衰、中風(fēng)等嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥才會(huì)意識(shí)到血壓控制的重要性,因此,高血壓患者需要及時(shí)了解自身血壓狀況,能夠讓醫(yī)生進(jìn)行有效的慢病管理。本研究基于對(duì)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的文獻(xiàn)研究以及對(duì)現(xiàn)有高血壓管理類(lèi)APP的深入分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)目前高血壓管理類(lèi)APP都是以數(shù)據(jù)處理功能為主,無(wú)法和專(zhuān)業(yè)醫(yī)生及時(shí)溝通,造成患者的體征數(shù)據(jù)不能被有效利用的,形成信息孤島的問(wèn)題。然后根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)思維(Design Thinking)的實(shí)施步驟對(duì)高血壓管理APP產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì):首先是移情步驟,對(duì)目標(biāo)用戶(hù)進(jìn)行深度訪談,結(jié)合Kano模型分析,獲取了高血壓管理APP用戶(hù)在使用中所需的主要功能,再進(jìn)行典型用戶(hù)角色的構(gòu)建,也就是定義步驟的實(shí)施,把所需要解決的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行具體呈現(xiàn)。然后再進(jìn)行設(shè)想步驟,即高血壓管理APP產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建:利用智能血壓計(jì)的血壓數(shù)據(jù)持續(xù)提供,結(jié)合血壓異常波動(dòng)的預(yù)警設(shè)置,通過(guò)搭建的家庭醫(yī)生、患者及其家人溝通平臺(tái),三方能夠?qū)崟r(shí)了解病情,能讓患者及時(shí)獲得診療和健康管理,使得患者能夠真正得到具有個(gè)性化的診療服務(wù),彌補(bǔ)了其他高血壓管理類(lèi)APP在使用過(guò)程中,與醫(yī)生聯(lián)系薄弱的缺陷。再進(jìn)入原型設(shè)計(jì)步驟,即高血壓管理APP平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)框架的構(gòu)建以及主要功能設(shè)置。針對(duì)不同用戶(hù)群的使用,設(shè)計(jì)了醫(yī)生專(zhuān)業(yè)版和患者及其家人的家庭版,進(jìn)行原型的設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)施測(cè)試步驟。本文的創(chuàng)新之處,主要還在于:從服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)的角度出發(fā),根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)思維的移情、定義、設(shè)想、原型及測(cè)試共五個(gè)步驟進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)搭建簽約家庭醫(yī)生、患者、患者家人的交互平臺(tái),解決了以往高血壓管理類(lèi)APP以數(shù)據(jù)管理為主,與醫(yī)生聯(lián)系薄弱,沒(méi)有線下交流,導(dǎo)致無(wú)法進(jìn)行并發(fā)癥的預(yù)防等問(wèn)題。為移動(dòng)醫(yī)療慢病管理類(lèi)APP的發(fā)展提供了有參考價(jià)值的建議。
[Abstract]:As China gradually steps into an aging society, chronic diseases gradually affect people's health. Among the chronic diseases, hypertension is the most common one, which is the leading factor of many diseases. Because the current management of chronic hypertension in China is based on passive medical treatment, patients often find renal failure, stroke and other serious complications will realize the importance of blood pressure control, therefore, Patients with hypertension need to know their blood pressure status in a timely manner so that doctors can effectively manage chronic diseases. This study is based on literature research in related fields and in-depth analysis of existing hypertension management APP. It is found that at present, APP of hypertension management is based on data processing function, and can not communicate with professional doctors in time, resulting in the patient's physical signs data cannot be effectively used. Then according to the implementation steps of design thinking, the APP products of hypertension management are designed: first, the empathy step, in-depth interview with the target users, combined with the analysis of Kano model, The main functions needed by APP users in hypertension management are obtained, and then the typical user roles are constructed, that is, the implementation of the definition steps is defined, the problems that need to be solved are presented concretely, and then the tentative steps are carried out. Namely hypertension management APP product system construction: use intelligent blood pressure meter blood pressure data to provide continuously, combine the early warning setting of blood pressure abnormal fluctuation, through the family doctor, patient and their family communication platform, the three parties can understand the condition in real time. It can enable patients to get timely diagnosis and treatment and health management, so that patients can really get personalized diagnosis and treatment services, and make up for other hypertension management APP in the use of the process of weak contact with doctors, and then into the prototype design steps. For the use of different user groups, the professional edition of doctors and the family version of patients and their families are designed. The innovation of this paper mainly lies in: from the point of view of service design, according to the empathy of design thinking, definition, assumption, Design and build an interactive platform for signing family doctors, patients and patients' families, which solves the problem that hypertension management APP is based on data management, weak contact with doctors, and no offline communication. It provides valuable suggestions for the development of mobile medical chronic disease management APP.
