【摘要】：近現(xiàn)代針灸學(xué)術(shù)的發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)科學(xué)化趨勢,為順應(yīng)時代發(fā)展,近現(xiàn)代醫(yī)家開啟針灸的中西醫(yī)匯通模式。承淡安與朱璉是我國近現(xiàn)代著名的針灸學(xué)家,是南北針灸的兩位醫(yī)家代表,以西醫(yī)解剖結(jié)構(gòu)厘定腧穴位置,重視灸法,用西方神經(jīng)生理、病理等醫(yī)學(xué)理論闡釋針灸學(xué)理論,踐行針灸科學(xué)化,為發(fā)展針灸學(xué)提供新的理論與思路。本文從承淡安與朱璉的腧穴觀、經(jīng)絡(luò)觀、灸法觀、針刺手法觀、補(bǔ)瀉與刺激觀等方面,比較兩位針灸醫(yī)家在針灸學(xué)術(shù)思想的異同,分析對近現(xiàn)代針灸學(xué)發(fā)展的影響。本研究主要采用文獻(xiàn)搜集、整理、比較研究等方式,通過論述近現(xiàn)代針灸醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展的時代背景,分析承淡安與朱璉學(xué)術(shù)思想形成的內(nèi)、外部因素。研究對比兩位醫(yī)家針灸學(xué)術(shù)思想,為進(jìn)一步探索當(dāng)代針灸發(fā)展方向提供借鑒。文章共分四部分,第一部分研究近現(xiàn)代針灸醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展的時代背景和學(xué)術(shù)特點(diǎn)。通過檢索近現(xiàn)代針灸學(xué)術(shù)的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)近現(xiàn)代是針灸發(fā)展的歷史轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn),"中醫(yī)科學(xué)化"思潮迫使針灸醫(yī)家尋求發(fā)展的新方向,以西醫(yī)學(xué)理論闡釋針灸基礎(chǔ)理論。建國后,黨和國家提倡中醫(yī)科學(xué)化發(fā)展,也為針灸學(xué)的發(fā)展迎來新局面。第二部分介紹承淡安與朱璉的生平,檢索對承淡安與朱璉相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),總結(jié)對兩位醫(yī)家的學(xué)術(shù)思想研究現(xiàn)狀。第三部分分述兩位醫(yī)家主要的針灸學(xué)術(shù)思想,主要從對腧穴、經(jīng)絡(luò)、灸法、針刺手法、補(bǔ)瀉與刺激理論等方面,談?wù)摮械才c朱璉對針灸理論的科學(xué)化認(rèn)識,比較研究兩位醫(yī)家的主要學(xué)術(shù)思想的異同。第四部分,分析針灸學(xué)術(shù)思想產(chǎn)生異同的原因。最后,分析承淡安與朱璉的針灸科學(xué)化思想對近現(xiàn)代針灸學(xué)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)的影響,對我國近現(xiàn)代針灸學(xué)發(fā)展軌跡的指導(dǎo)性作用。
[Abstract]:In order to conform to the development of the times, modern physicians have opened the mode of convergence of traditional Chinese and western medicine in acupuncture and moxibustion. Cheng Tan and Zhu Lian are famous acupuncture and moxibustion scientists in modern and modern China, as well as two representatives of north and south acupuncture and moxibustion. The location of acupoints is determined by the anatomical structure of western medicine, and the moxibustion method is attached importance to. The theory of acupuncture and moxibustion is explained by western medical theories, such as neurophysiology and pathology, and the scientific practice of acupuncture is practiced. In order to provide a new theory and train of thought for the development of acupuncture and moxibustion, this paper compares the similarities and differences between the two acupuncture practitioners in the academic thinking of acupuncture and moxibustion from the points of acupoint view, meridian view, moxibustion method view, acupuncture technique view, reinforcing diarrhea view and stimulating view of Chengtenan and Zhu Lian. This study mainly adopts the methods of literature collection, collation and comparative study, through discussing the background of the development of modern acupuncture and moxibustion medicine, and analyzing the formation of Cheng Tan'an and Zhu Lian's academic thought. External factors. The study compares the academic thoughts of acupuncture and moxibustion between the two physicians, and provides a reference for further exploring the development direction of contemporary acupuncture and moxibustion. The article is divided into four parts. The first part studies the background and academic characteristics of the development of modern acupuncture and moxibustion medicine. It is found that the modern times are the turning point in the history of acupuncture and moxibustion development. The trend of thought of "scientization of TCM" forces acupuncture physicians to seek a new direction of development. The west medical theory explains the basic theory of acupuncture and moxibustion. It also ushered in a new situation for the development of acupuncture and moxibustion. The second part introduces the life history of Cheng Tan'an and Zhu Lian, and retrieves the relevant documents on Cheng Tan'an and Zhu Lian. The third part describes the main academic thoughts of acupuncture and moxibustion of the two doctors, mainly from the aspects of acupoints, meridians, moxibustion, acupuncture techniques, theory of recharge and stimulation, etc. This paper discusses Cheng Tan'an and Zhu Lian's scientific understanding of acupuncture and moxibustion theory, compares and studies the similarities and differences of the main academic thoughts of the two physicians. Part 4th, analyzes the reasons for the similarities and differences of acupuncture and moxibustion academic thoughts. This paper analyzes the profound influence of Cheng Tan and Zhu Lian's scientific thought on acupuncture and moxibustion on the development of modern acupuncture and moxibustion, and the guiding effect on the development of modern acupuncture and moxibustion in China.
