【摘要】：目的:探討謝晶日教授自擬方夏連養(yǎng)胃湯治療慢性非萎縮性胃炎寒熱錯雜證的臨床療效。方法:選擇2016年2月至2017年1月期間就診于黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學附屬第一醫(yī)院國醫(yī)館545且病屬慢性非萎縮性胃炎寒熱錯雜證的患者43例,給予以夏連養(yǎng)胃湯治療,藥品由黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學附屬第一醫(yī)院中草藥飲片藥局統(tǒng)一抓取煎煮,每日1劑,分兩次早晚飯前30分鐘口服,4周為1個療程,連服8周。觀察患者治療前后的臨床療效、癥狀積分、胃鏡積分及胃腸疾病PRO量表評分的變化,并對以上結(jié)果進行統(tǒng)計學分析。結(jié)果:臨床治療中脫落4例,剩余39例患者服用夏連養(yǎng)胃湯治療慢性非萎縮性胃炎中醫(yī)證候總有效率89.74%,內(nèi)鏡表現(xiàn)的總有效率92.31%。治療后中醫(yī)證候總積分較治療前顯著下降(P0.01)。治療后在中醫(yī)證候各單項積分方面均較治療前有所下降,且有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論:1、夏連養(yǎng)胃湯能夠改善慢性非萎縮性胃炎寒熱錯雜證患者的中醫(yī)證候表現(xiàn)。2、夏連養(yǎng)胃湯能夠改善慢性非萎縮性胃炎寒熱錯雜證患者的內(nèi)鏡下炎癥病變。3、夏連養(yǎng)胃湯能夠改善慢性非萎縮性胃炎寒熱錯雜證患者的胃腸疾病PRO量表情況。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of Professor Xie Jingri's prescription Xialianyangwei decoction on the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis with mixed cold and heat. Methods: from February 2016 to January 2017, the first affiliated doctor of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine was selected. There were 43 patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis with cold and heat disorder syndrome. They were treated with Xialian Yangwei decoction. The medicine was seized and boiled by the Chinese Herbal Medicine and Medicine Bureau of the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine. Once a day, it was divided into two morning and evening, 30 minutes before meals, oral administration for 4 weeks as a course of treatment. The clinical efficacy, symptom score, gastroscopy score and PRO score of gastrointestinal diseases were observed before and after treatment for 8 weeks, and the above results were statistically analyzed. The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in treating chronic non-atrophic gastritis was 89.74 and the total effective rate of endoscopy was 92.31.The total score of TCM syndromes after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment. The single score was lower than that before treatment. Conclusion: 1: 1, Xialianyangwei decoction can improve the symptoms of TCM syndrome of chronic non-atrophic gastritis with mixed cold and heat syndrome, and Xia Lian Yangwei decoction can improve the endoscopy of patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis with cold and heat disorder syndrome, and Xilian Yangwei decoction can improve the symptoms of TCM syndromes of chronic non-atrophic gastritis with mixed cold and heat syndrome. Xiadian Yangwei decoction can improve the PRO scale of gastrointestinal diseases in patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis with mixed cold and heat.
