【摘要】：1.研究背景艾灸起源悠久,灸法單用可以治療高脂血癥、第三腰椎橫突綜合征、前列腺炎、盆腔炎、小兒秋季腹瀉、變異性鼻炎等內(nèi)外婦兒五官科多種疾病[1],艾灸方便易學(xué),操作簡(jiǎn)單,現(xiàn)在越來(lái)越多的被人們接受并用于治療和預(yù)防疾病。承淡安先生是澄江針灸學(xué)派的創(chuàng)始人,他和他的弟子對(duì)發(fā)展中國(guó)針灸醫(yī)學(xué)教育事業(yè)作出了貢獻(xiàn)。對(duì)承淡安先生的艾灸學(xué)術(shù)思想和經(jīng)驗(yàn)做一總結(jié)歸納,有助于我們?cè)诎呐R床作出更多的創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展。2.研究目的2.1總結(jié)承淡安先生艾灸療法的學(xué)術(shù)思想和臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)。2.2探索承淡安先生艾灸方法的學(xué)術(shù)思想形成的源流、過(guò)程和特色。2.3根據(jù)著作和論文探討承淡安灸法學(xué)術(shù)思想對(duì)澄江針灸學(xué)派灸法特色、當(dāng)代灸法學(xué)術(shù)等的影響。3.研究?jī)?nèi)容3.1承淡安先生運(yùn)用艾灸治療的案例、經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)、學(xué)術(shù)思考。3.2承淡安先生翻譯與艾灸相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)資料、論文。3.3澄江針灸學(xué)派的灸法特色以及當(dāng)代灸法現(xiàn)狀。4.研究方法4.1全面搜集關(guān)于承淡安先生對(duì)于艾灸闡述的講稿、論文、著作、譯著等相關(guān)資料和史料,以及澄江針灸學(xué)派傳人對(duì)于艾灸的闡述和發(fā)展。4.2對(duì)搜集的資料進(jìn)行解析和挖掘,把承淡安先生的艾灸理論、艾灸原理、艾灸操作規(guī)范以及臨床應(yīng)用案例進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),并與澄江針灸學(xué)派傳人的灸法學(xué)術(shù)比較,探究承淡安先生的艾灸思想的特點(diǎn)與影響。研究結(jié)果:本次研究,把承淡安先生的灸科學(xué)從理論到臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)完整的總結(jié)了一下,從艾灸的起源、成分、原理和作用,到艾炷大小、刺激量、施灸的流程,再到臨床常見(jiàn)疾病的艾灸穴位和壯數(shù)。對(duì)比澄江針灸學(xué)派弟子的灸法后發(fā)現(xiàn),他們?cè)诔械蚕壬陌乃枷肷霞扔欣^承,又有創(chuàng)新,出色的承門(mén)弟子必將會(huì)更好的發(fā)展祖國(guó)艾灸醫(yī)學(xué)。
[Abstract]:1. Research background moxibustion has a long origin, moxibustion alone can be used to treat hyperlipidemia, third lumbar transverse process syndrome, prostatitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, children autumn diarrhea, variability rhinitis and other internal and external diseases. [Moxibustion is easy to learn and easy to operate. Now more and more people accept it and use it to treat and prevent diseases. Mr. Cheng Tan an is the founder of Chengjiang Acupuncture School. He and his disciples contributed to the development of acupuncture and moxibustion medical education in China. 2.Research objective 2.1 summarize the academic thought and clinical experience of the moxibustion therapy of Mr. Cheng Tan'an .2.2 explore the academic thinking of the moxibustion method of Mr. Cheng Tan'an. To form the source. According to the works and papers, the characteristics of Chengjiang Acupuncture School's moxibustion method are discussed in terms of Cheng Tan'an 's academic thought of moxibustion method. The influence of contemporary moxibustion methods. 3.1.The case of moxibustion treatment by Mr. Cheng Tan an, experience summary, academic thinking .3.2 translation of literature related to moxibustion by Mr. Cheng Tan'an. Article .3.3 Chengjiang Acupuncture School of moxibustion characteristics and contemporary moxibustion methods .4.Researching method 4.1 comprehensive collection of Mr. Cheng Tan an for moxibustion elaborated notes, papers, works. Translation and other relevant materials and historical materials, as well as Chengjiang Acupuncture and moxibustion School for the elaboration and development of moxibustion. 4.2 for the collection of data analysis and excavation, Chengtenan's moxibustion theory, moxibustion principle. Operational norms of moxibustion and clinical application cases were summarized and compared with Chengjiang Acupuncture and moxibustion School of academic comparison to explore the characteristics and effects of Cheng Tan an's moxibustion thought. Research results: this study. From the theory to the clinical experience of Mr. Cheng Tan's moxibustion science, from the origin, composition, principle and function of moxibustion, to the size of the moxibustion, the amount of stimulation, the process of moxibustion. After comparing the moxibustion methods of Chengjiang Acupuncture and moxibustion School, it was found that they had both inheritance and innovation in the moxibustion thought of Mr. Cheng Tan'an. Excellent disciples will certainly better develop moxibustion medicine.
