【摘要】：目的:探討Ig A腎病患者中性粒細胞淋巴細胞比值(NLR)與Ig A腎病臨床及病理特點。方法:回顧性收集于青海大學附屬醫(yī)院腎病科經(jīng)腎活檢確診為Ig A腎病的住院患者病例共56例(2012.05-2016.10),研究中性粒細胞淋巴細胞比值(NLR)與Ig A腎病臨床及病理特點。結(jié)果:56例Ig A腎病患者中,男性41例,女性15例,男女比例2.7:1。年齡為34±11歲。LeeⅠ級1例,Ⅱ級31例,Ⅲ級14例,Ⅳ級5例,Ⅴ級5例。Ig A腎病患者中,各Lee等級NLR比較有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),LeeⅡ級和LeeⅣ間有差異(P0.05),LeeⅡ級和LeeⅤ級間有差異(P0.05)。NLR與Lee分級(r=0.426,P0.05)、血肌酐(r=0.415,P0.05)、尿素氮(r=0.298,P0.05)、e GFR(r=-0.324,P0.05)相關。NLR與血肌酐密切相關(P0.05)。結(jié)論:隨著Lee分級加重,NLR有升高趨勢,提示NLR可以作為判斷腎臟腎臟損害的一項指標;NLR與血肌酐密切相關,提示隨著血肌酐水平逐漸增高,炎性反應逐漸加重。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the neutrophil lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in patients with IgA nephropathy. Clinical and pathological features of IgA nephropathy. Methods: a total of 56 patients with IgA nephropathy confirmed by renal biopsy in the Department of Renal Diseases, affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University were collected retrospectively. (2012.05-2016.10). To study the clinical and pathological characteristics of neutrophil lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and IgA nephropathy (IgA nephropathy).
