【摘要】：目的:本文主要研究肩胛下肌及其毗鄰結(jié)構(gòu)的解剖學(xué)特征,為臨床上治療肩胛下肌損傷提供解剖學(xué)資料和參考依據(jù)。方法:16側(cè)無(wú)肩胛區(qū)組織病變的成人尸體。對(duì)肩胛下肌及其毗鄰結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行解剖學(xué)研究,中立位下觀察并測(cè)量以下數(shù)據(jù):1.肩胛下肌在肱骨小結(jié)節(jié)止點(diǎn)處最高點(diǎn)到喙突距離2.肩胛下肌上緣到喙突距離3.肩胛下肌在肱骨小結(jié)節(jié)止點(diǎn)處的寬度4.肩胛下肌腱性部分長(zhǎng)度5.肩胛下肌距肱骨小結(jié)節(jié)頂點(diǎn)2.0cm處肌腱的寬度6.肩胛下肌距肱骨小結(jié)節(jié)頂點(diǎn)2.0cm處肌腱的厚度7.肩胛下肌和腋神經(jīng)交界處距肱骨小結(jié)節(jié)頂點(diǎn)的垂直距離8.距肱骨小結(jié)節(jié)2.0cm處肩胛下肌下緣與下方腋神經(jīng)的垂直距離9.腋神經(jīng)入四邊孔處距肱骨小結(jié)節(jié)頂點(diǎn)的垂直距離10.肩關(guān)節(jié)前屈90時(shí)°,前臂中立位、前臂旋前90°、前臂旋前180°三個(gè)體位分別內(nèi)收,喙突與肩胛下肌小結(jié)節(jié)止點(diǎn)相接觸時(shí)的內(nèi)收的角度。測(cè)量結(jié)果用SPSS統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:1.肩胛下肌在肱骨小結(jié)節(jié)止點(diǎn)處最高點(diǎn)到喙突距離2.500±0.009cm。2.肩胛下肌上緣到喙突距離0.437±0.008cm。3.肩胛下肌在肱骨小結(jié)節(jié)止點(diǎn)處的寬度3.188±0.009cm。4.肩胛下肌腱性部分長(zhǎng)度3.122±0.008cm。5.肩胛下肌距肱骨小結(jié)節(jié)頂點(diǎn)2.0cm處肌腱的寬度3.822±0.009cm。6.肩胛下肌距肱骨小結(jié)節(jié)頂點(diǎn)2.0cm處肌腱的厚度0.524±0.008cm。7.肩胛下肌和腋神經(jīng)交界處距肱骨小結(jié)節(jié)頂點(diǎn)的垂直距離3.522±0.008cm。8.距肱骨小結(jié)節(jié)2.0cm處肩胛下肌下緣與下方腋神經(jīng)的垂直距離1.026±0.008cm。9.腋神經(jīng)入四邊孔處距肱骨小結(jié)節(jié)頂點(diǎn)的垂直距離3.042±0.008cm。10肩關(guān)節(jié)前屈90°,前臂中立位、前臂旋前90°、前臂旋前180°三個(gè)體位分別內(nèi)收時(shí),喙突與肩胛下肌小結(jié)節(jié)止點(diǎn)相接觸時(shí)的內(nèi)收的角度分別為44.506土1.182°、50.013土1.093°、54.292±1.201°,三者之間比較P0.05,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論通過(guò)研究肩胛下肌及其毗鄰結(jié)構(gòu)的解剖學(xué)特點(diǎn),為治療與肩胛下肌損傷相關(guān)的疾病和指導(dǎo)肩關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the anatomical characteristics of the subscapular muscle and its adjacent structures. Objective: to provide anatomic data and reference basis for clinical treatment of subscapular muscle injury. Methods the anatomical study of the subscapular muscle and its adjacent structures was carried out in 16 sides of adult cadavers without tissue lesions in the scapular region. The following data are observed and measured under the neutral position:. 1. Distance from the highest point of the subscapular muscle to the coracoid process 2. The distance between the superior edge of the subscapular muscle and the coracoid process 3. The width of the subscapular muscle at the insertion point of the subscapular tubercle 4. The length of the tendon part of the subscapular muscle 5. The width of the tendon at 2.0 cm from the apex of the tubercle of the humerus, the thickness of the tendon between the subscapular muscle and the apex of the tubercle of the humerus, and the vertical distance between the subscapular muscle and the axillary nerve from the apex of the tubercle of the humerus. Distance 8. The vertical distance between the inferior margin of the subscapular muscle and the inferior axillary nerve at 2.0 cm from the tubercle of the humerus. The vertical distance between the axillary nerve and the vertex of the tuberculus humerus was 10. 90 擄at the anterior flexion of the shoulder. The forearm was in neutral position, forearm pronation was 90 擄, forearm pronation was 180 擄. The angle of adduction when the coracoid process is in contact with the insertion point of the subscapular tubercle. The measured results were statistically analyzed by SPSS software. Results:. 1. The distance from the highest point of the subscapular muscle to the coracoid process is 2.500 鹵0.009cm.2.The distance from the superior edge of the subscapular muscle to the coracoid process is 0.437 鹵0.008cm.3. The width of the subscapular tendon was 3.188 鹵0.009 cm. 4. The length of the subscapular tendon was 3.122 鹵0.008 cm. 5. The distance between the subscapular muscle and the vertex of the tuberculus humerus was 2.0c. The width of tendon at m was 3.822 鹵0.009 cm 路6. The thickness of tendon was 0.524 鹵0.008 cm 路7. Subscapular muscle and axillary nerve. The vertical distance from the junction to the apex of the humeral tubercle is 3.522 鹵0.008cm.8.The vertical distance between the inferior margin of the subscapular muscle and the inferior axillary nerve is 1.026 鹵0.0 at 2.0 cm from the humeral tubercle. The vertical distance between the axillary nerve and the vertex of the humeral tubercle was 3.042 鹵0.008cm.10 the shoulder joint flexion 90 擄. Forearm neutral position, forearm pronation 90 擄, forearm pronation 180 擄respectively. The angle of adduction between coracoid process and subscapular tubercle was 44.506 鹵1.182 擄, 50.013 鹵1.093 擄and 54.292 鹵1.201 擄, respectively. Conclusion the anatomical characteristics of the subscapular muscle and its adjacent structures were studied. To provide theoretical basis for the treatment of diseases related to subscapular muscle injury and the guidance of shoulder joint movement.
