【摘要】：目的:關(guān)節(jié)鏡下前交叉韌帶重建術(shù)后行快速康復(fù)方案,對(duì)其臨床療效進(jìn)行研究。方法:收錄2015年1月-2016年6月在我院行單側(cè)關(guān)節(jié)鏡下前交叉韌帶重建術(shù)的患者40例,隨訪超過(guò)6個(gè)月,根據(jù)術(shù)后康復(fù)方法的不同將患者分為2組:快速康復(fù)組20例,傳統(tǒng)康復(fù)組20例。術(shù)后6個(gè)月時(shí)比較兩組患者的康復(fù)滿意度,膝關(guān)節(jié)穩(wěn)定性、膝關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)度、雙側(cè)大腿周徑差值、Lysholm評(píng)分、IKDC評(píng)分,評(píng)價(jià)哪一種康復(fù)方案對(duì)膝關(guān)節(jié)的功能康復(fù)更有優(yōu)勢(shì)。結(jié)果:術(shù)后6個(gè)月時(shí),兩組患者切口均I期愈合;快速康復(fù)組患者對(duì)康復(fù)方案的滿意度比傳統(tǒng)康復(fù)組要高;兩組患者關(guān)節(jié)穩(wěn)定性檢查均為陰性;快速康復(fù)組患者膝關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)度要優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)康復(fù)組,但無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);快速康復(fù)組患者雙側(cè)大腿周徑差值比傳統(tǒng)康復(fù)組要小,但無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);快速康復(fù)組患者Lysholm評(píng)分及IKDC評(píng)分優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)康復(fù)組的患者,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:從近期臨床療效分析,快速康復(fù)方案比傳統(tǒng)治療方案對(duì)于關(guān)節(jié)鏡下前交叉韌帶重建術(shù)后膝關(guān)節(jié)功能康復(fù)更有效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the rapid rehabilitation of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction under arthroscopy. Methods: 40 patients underwent anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under unilateral arthroscopy from January 2015 to June 2016 were followed up for more than 6 months. Patients were divided into two groups according to the different rehabilitation methods: rapid rehabilitation group (20 cases) and traditional rehabilitation group (20 cases). Lysholm score and IKDC score were used to evaluate which rehabilitation regimen was more effective in functional rehabilitation of knee joint. Results: 6 months after operation. The incision of both groups was healed in the first stage. The satisfaction of the patients in the rapid rehabilitation group was higher than that in the traditional rehabilitation group. The joint stability was negative in both groups. The range of knee motion in the rapid rehabilitation group was better than that in the traditional rehabilitation group, but there was no statistical difference (P 0.05). The difference of bilateral thigh circumference in the rapid rehabilitation group was smaller than that in the traditional rehabilitation group, but there was no statistical difference (P 0.05). The Lysholm score and IKDC score in the rapid rehabilitation group were better than those in the traditional rehabilitation group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: from the recent clinical efficacy analysis. Rapid rehabilitation is more effective than traditional treatment in the rehabilitation of knee joint after arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
