【摘要】：研究目的:挖掘?qū)O偉教授臨床治療慢性腎炎病人病案資料,通過數(shù)據(jù)庫的整理,統(tǒng)計,分析孫教授治療慢性腎炎的用藥規(guī)律,結(jié)合孫偉教授治療慢性腎炎的學術(shù)思想,探索治療慢性腎炎潛在的新方,為臨床治療慢性腎臟病提供新的證據(jù),更好的從較為客觀的角度,繼承和發(fā)展名中醫(yī)的經(jīng)驗。研究方法:收集孫偉教授在江蘇省中醫(yī)院門診治療的慢性腎炎患者75例,將病人基本信息,診療方藥錄入門診信息數(shù)據(jù)庫,整理出352個處方,經(jīng)規(guī)范化處理后,統(tǒng)計分析孫偉教授治療慢性腎炎的藥物頻數(shù)、性味、歸經(jīng)。將其中的高頻藥物進行歸類、并且運用SPSS軟件進行聚類分析研究,統(tǒng)計出孫偉教授治療慢性腎炎的核心藥物組合,結(jié)合研究分析結(jié)果,探討孫偉教授學術(shù)思想,及以此思想指導(dǎo)下的用藥規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果:孫偉教授治療慢性腎炎常用藥物共計156味,其中核心藥物有黃芪、白術(shù)、黨參、石韋、土茯苓,累計使用率達50%。治療本病主要有補虛藥、清熱燥濕藥、活血化瘀藥,其中補虛藥又以補氣藥為主,兼有補血、養(yǎng)陰藥。藥物性味甘溫藥物為主,歸經(jīng)以肝、脾、腎經(jīng)為主。最終治療慢性腎炎的潛在新方有黃芪、白術(shù)、石韋、土茯苓、蘇梗、黨參、杜仲和山萸肉、枸杞子、荔枝草、金櫻子等,核心藥對有黃芪、黨參;石韋、土茯苓;川芎、當歸;澤蘭、澤瀉;大黃、玉米須等。結(jié)論:本研究通過數(shù)據(jù)分析挖掘展示了孫偉教授"腎虛濕瘀"理論在慢性腎炎治療中的運用,以及"平淡中出神奇"的治療理念和具體的用藥規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:Objective: to excavate the records of Professor Sun Wei's clinical treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis and analyze the rule of professor Sun's treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis through the collation of database and statistics. Combined with Professor Sun Wei's academic thought of treating chronic nephritis, explore the potential new treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis, provide new evidence for clinical treatment of chronic kidney disease, better from a more objective point of view. Methods: 75 cases of chronic glomerulonephritis treated by Professor Sun Wei in the outpatient clinic of Jiangsu Provincial traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were collected. The basic information of patients and the prescription of diagnosis and treatment were entered into the outpatient information database. 352 prescriptions were sorted out. After standardized treatment, professor Sun Wei's drug frequency, sexual taste and classics were statistically analyzed. The high-frequency drugs were classified. And using SPSS software cluster analysis research, statistics Sun Wei treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis of the core drug combination, combined with the results of the study, the academic thoughts of Professor Sun Wei. Results: professor Sun Wei in the treatment of chronic nephritis commonly used drugs a total of 156, among which the core drugs are Astragalus, Atractylodes macrocephala, Codonopsis pilosula, Shiwei, Tuckahoe. The cumulative utilization rate reached 50. The main treatment of this disease is deficiency medicine, heat dryness and dampness medicine, blood circulation and blood stasis medicine, among which tonifying deficiency medicine is mainly to tonify qi, and also to nourish blood, nourish yin medicine. The potential new prescription for the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis is Astragalus membranaceus, Atractylodes macrocephala, Shiwei, Tuckahoe, Perilla thuringii, Codonopsis, Eucommia ulmoides and Cornel, Lycium chinensis, Litchi Grass, Amur etc. The core drug has Astragalus, Codonopsis pilosula; Shiwei, Poria cocos; Ligusticum chuanxiong, Angelica sinensis; Zelan, alisma; Conclusion: this study shows the application of Professor Sun Wei's theory of "Kidney deficiency and dampness stasis" in the treatment of chronic nephritis through data analysis and mining. As well as the "plain out of the magic" treatment philosophy and specific drug law.
