【摘要】：目的:根據(jù)前期研究發(fā)現(xiàn)慢性蕁麻疹發(fā)作時間“兩峰值”現(xiàn)象及營衛(wèi)理論研究,觀察周光教授基于蕁麻疹發(fā)作時間規(guī)律辨證論治經(jīng)驗方的臨床療效,探索慢性蕁麻疹有效治療方藥。方法:選取臨床典型病例共110例,依其就診順序隨機分為2組,每組再依據(jù)患者兼癥不同進(jìn)行分組(衛(wèi)陽虛弱、陰虛內(nèi)熱、氣陰兩虛三組),治療組給予中藥湯劑口服,對照組在中藥湯劑基礎(chǔ)上同時給予枸地氯雷他定片口服,并隨皮損癥狀減輕而逐漸減量至停藥。治療期8周,觀察兩組患者治療前后臨床癥狀變化情況,隨訪12周后,觀察兩組復(fù)發(fā)率。結(jié)果:(1)共調(diào)查符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的慢性蕁麻疹患者110例,其中治療組58例,對照組共52例,兩組患者發(fā)疹時間主要集中于辰時、巳時、戌時、子時四個時間段,具有明顯時間發(fā)作規(guī)律。(2)治療8周期間,兩組組內(nèi)治療1周、治療2周與治療前比較均無差異,P0.05;治療4周、治療6周、治療8周兩組組內(nèi)比較有差異,P0.05;治療8周期間,兩組組間比較無差異,P0.05;停藥12周后,兩組組間比較及組內(nèi)比較均有差異,P0.05,有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。(3)兩組總有效率比較,治療組痊愈19例,顯效25例,有效9例,無效5例,總有效率為75.86%(44/58例);對照組治愈14例,顯效22例,有效12例,無效4例,總有效率為69.23%(36/52例);復(fù)發(fā)率比較,治療組隨訪12周共復(fù)發(fā)6例(31.58%),對照組共復(fù)發(fā)8例(57.14%)。結(jié)論:周光教授經(jīng)驗方在改善慢性蕁麻疹患者臨床癥狀方面及降低復(fù)發(fā)率方面有較好的作用,可為慢性蕁麻疹患者治療提供有效選擇。
[Abstract]:Objective: according to the previous study found that the time of "two peak" phenomenon and Ying Wei theory research of chronic urticaria episodes, observe clinical curative effect, week urticarial time of treatment based on syndrome differentiation based on experience, to explore the effective treatment of chronic urticaria.
