【摘要】：目的:探討膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎(KOA)患者不同中醫(yī)證型血脂水平對炎癥指標(biāo)的影響,從而揭示KOA中醫(yī)證型、血脂水平和炎性指標(biāo)之間關(guān)聯(lián)性。為不同證型的患者調(diào)脂抗炎提供理論依據(jù)。方法:選取2015年12月至2016年12月在自治區(qū)中醫(yī)院風(fēng)濕科住院的107例確診的KOA患者,根據(jù)中醫(yī)辨證,選取腎虛髓虧型、陽虛寒凝型、瘀血阻滯型三個中醫(yī)證型進(jìn)行分組,并收集患者的甘油三酯(TC)、總膽固醇(TG)、血清高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)、血清低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)、血沉(ESR)、C反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)這些指標(biāo),將血脂水平,按異常與正常分為異常組與正常組。分析上述不同證型的血脂水平差異性及血脂水平對炎癥指標(biāo)的影響。結(jié)果:(1)三個證型TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平比較均無差異(P0.05),(2)其中腎虛髓虧型TC升高時的CRP、ESR均值高于正常組的水平(P0.05)差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,腎虛髓虧型TG、HDL-C、LDL-C升高時的CRP、ESR水平與正常組比較無差異。陽虛寒凝型TC升高時的ESR明顯高于正常時的水平(P0.05)且差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,但CRP水平比較無差異性,陽虛寒凝型TG、HDL-C、LDL-C升高時對應(yīng)的CRP、ESR水平較正常組之間無差異,瘀血痹阻型TG升高時ESR較正常時高,(P0.05)但CRP比較無差別,陽虛寒凝型TC、HDL-C、LDL-C升高時的CRP、ESR水平與正常組炎性指標(biāo)差別無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)結(jié)論:膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎患者不同中醫(yī)證型血脂水平各項指標(biāo)對炎癥指標(biāo)的影響是不同的,腎虛髓虧型TC升高與CRP、ESR呈正相關(guān),陽虛寒凝型TC升高和瘀血阻滯型TG升高都與ESR呈正相關(guān)。三種證型其他血脂指標(biāo)升高與CRP、ESR無關(guān)聯(lián)。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the effect of knee osteoarthritis (KOA) affects the blood lipid level in patients with different TCM Syndromes of inflammation, so as to reveal the KOA TCM syndromes, correlation between blood lipid levels and inflammatory indicators. Provide a theoretical basis for the patients with lipid-lowering anti-inflammatory different syndromes.
