【摘要】：目的:運(yùn)用溫陽固腎方治療糖尿病腎病,觀察糖尿病腎病患者蛋白尿的變化,判斷溫陽固腎方治療糖尿病腎病的臨床療效。方法:選取符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患者40例,中醫(yī)辨證屬類型于脾腎陽虛瘀血內(nèi)阻型。在西醫(yī)一般治療和對(duì)癥治療的基礎(chǔ)上,給予口服溫陽固腎方中藥湯劑治療,連續(xù)服用2個(gè)月后,采用自身治療前后對(duì)照法,觀察治療前與治療后臨床療效及中醫(yī)證候積分的變化,比較治療前與治療后相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)的改變。運(yùn)用SPSS19.0軟件對(duì)觀察指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,以此來評(píng)估溫陽固腎方治療糖尿病腎病大量蛋白尿的臨床療效。結(jié)果:(1)溫陽固腎方治療糖尿病腎病的總有效率為85%。(2)治療后,中醫(yī)證候療效總有效率為85%;中醫(yī)證候總積分與治療前相比較有所減少,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。(3)治療后與治療前比較,24小時(shí)尿蛋白定量減少,血清白蛋白(serum albumin,ALB)增加,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),治療后優(yōu)于治療前。結(jié)論:1、溫陽固腎方能降低糖尿病腎病患者24小時(shí)尿蛋白定量。2、溫陽固腎方能提高糖尿病腎病患者血清白蛋白水平。3、溫陽固腎方能明顯改善脾腎陽虛瘀血內(nèi)阻型糖尿病腎病患者的臨床癥狀。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the changes of proteinuria in patients with diabetic nephropathy by Warming Yang and consolidating kidney, and to evaluate the clinical effect of Wenyang Gu Shen Recipe on diabetic nephropathy. Methods: 40 patients were selected in accordance with the inclusion criteria. The type of TCM syndrome differentiation was type in the type of spleen and kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis. Based on the western medicine general treatment and symptomatic treatment, given oral Wenyang Gushen Decoction decoction, taking 2 consecutive months after the comparison before and after treatment, before treatment and changes of clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome score after treatment compared with before treatment, after treatment and related laboratory indicators of change. The SPSS19.0 software was used to analyze the observation index data to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Wen Yang Gu Shen prescription in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with massive proteinuria. Results: (1) the total effective rate of Wenyang solid kidney treatment for diabetic nephropathy was 85%. (2) after treatment, the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 85%, and the total score of TCM syndrome was less than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). (3) after treatment, the 24 hour urine protein level decreased and the serum serum albumin (ALB) increased. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). After treatment, it was better than that before treatment. Conclusion: 1. Wenyang solid kidney can reduce the 24 hour urine protein in patients with diabetic nephropathy. 2. Wen Yang Gu kidney can improve the serum albumin level of diabetic nephropathy patients. 3. Wenyang Gu kidney can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of diabetic nephropathy patients with spleen kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis type of diabetic nephropathy.
