【摘要】：目的:1.探討導(dǎo)師從脾胃論治慢性腎炎蛋白尿的理論內(nèi)涵。2.分析升陽益胃湯加味治療慢性腎炎蛋白尿的療效機制。3.總結(jié)導(dǎo)師從脾胃論治慢性腎炎蛋白尿的臨床經(jīng)驗。方法:本論文通過查閱大量文獻資料,整理導(dǎo)師的理論及臨床經(jīng)驗,并列舉典型案例的方法,從理論及臨床實踐兩方面來探討總結(jié)蛋白尿從脾胃論治的經(jīng)驗。主要內(nèi)容分為文獻綜述、經(jīng)驗總結(jié)兩部分。(1)文獻綜述包括慢性腎炎蛋白尿的中醫(yī)藥研究及現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)研究兩部分。(2)經(jīng)驗總結(jié)包括從脾胃論治蛋白尿的理論依據(jù),升陽益胃湯治療慢性腎炎蛋白尿的療效機制及臨床經(jīng)驗。結(jié)果:1.從脾胃論治慢性腎炎蛋白尿理論依據(jù)充分:(1)脾胃是人體氣機升降的樞紐,樞機不利會使腎開合失司,產(chǎn)生蛋白尿,調(diào)理脾胃能使人體氣機恢復(fù)正常,氣機通暢,則蛋白尿自止。(2)慢性腎炎是一種免疫相關(guān)性疾病,實驗研究證實中醫(yī)之"脾"與現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)的免疫密切相關(guān),調(diào)理脾胃能提高免疫力。2.升陽益胃湯加味治療慢性腎炎蛋白尿療效確切。結(jié)論:1.從脾胃論治慢性腎炎蛋白尿有著較為完善的理論基礎(chǔ)。2.升陽益胃湯加味治療慢性腎炎蛋白尿療效可靠。3.脾胃論治理論在腎病中的應(yīng)用充分體現(xiàn)了中醫(yī)學(xué)整體觀念和辨證論治的基本思想。
[Abstract]:Objective: 1. to discuss the theoretical connotation of the tutor in treating chronic nephritis with proteinuria from the spleen and stomach. The effect mechanism of the 2. analysis of shengyangyiwei Decoction in the treatment of chronic nephritis proteinuria. 3. summarize the clinical experience of the tutor in treating chronic nephritis with proteinuria from the spleen and stomach. Methods: through consulting a large number of documents and materials, collating the theory and clinical experience of the instructor, and enumerating the typical cases, the paper summarizes the experience of treating proteinuria from the two aspects of spleen and stomach from the aspects of theory and clinical practice. The main contents are divided into two parts: literature review and experience summary. (1) the literature review includes the research of chronic nephritis and the two parts of modern medicine. (2) experience including the theoretical basis on the treatment of proteinuria from the spleen and stomach, the effect mechanism of shengyangyiwei Decoction in the treatment of chronic nephritis proteinuria and clinical experience. Results: 1., according to the theory of spleen and stomach, we have sufficient theoretical basis for treating chronic nephritis proteinuria: (1) the spleen and stomach are the pivot of the lifting of the body Qi, and the pivot disadvantageous will cause the kidney to open up and lose the Department and produce proteinuria. The spleen and stomach can regulate the spleen and stomach, and make the body machine return to normal. (2) chronic nephritis is a kind of immune related disease. The experimental study confirms that the spleen of Chinese medicine is closely related to the immunity of modern medicine, and regulating the spleen and stomach can improve the immunity. 2. shengyangyiwei Decoction in the treatment of chronic nephritis proteinuria curative effect. Conclusion: 1. the theory of treating chronic glomerulonephritis by spleen and stomach has a more perfect theoretical basis. 2. shengyangyiwei Decoction in the treatment of chronic nephritis proteinuria curative effect. 3. the application of the theory of the treatment of spleen and stomach in nephrosis fully embodies the whole concept of traditional Chinese medicine and the basic ideas of the treatment of syndrome differentiation.
