土地是人類非常寶貴的資產(chǎn),因此必須在節(jié)約土地資源和保護環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上合理地利用土地資源,這也是提高經(jīng)濟效益的一個至關(guān)重要的問題。但到目前為止,仍然有許多國家,包括越南,未能確保土地利用的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展要求。土地的有效利用首先依賴于各個級別的土地利用規(guī)劃,以及每個地方的社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展規(guī)劃和各生態(tài)區(qū)的農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃等。此外,各國家的城市化進程不斷加快對每個國家的土地利用結(jié)構(gòu)和人民社會經(jīng)濟生活造成了巨大的影響。伴隨城市化的進行,城市用地向周圍擴張導(dǎo)致了土地利用用途的改變,主要是將農(nóng)業(yè)用地轉(zhuǎn)變成具有其他不同用途的土地利用類型。歸仁是平定省的文化、經(jīng)濟、政治中心,坐落于越南的中南部,總面積約為28.552,85 ha。最近幾年,土地利用用途的改變和城市擴張的快速發(fā)生導(dǎo)致多種土地利用類型發(fā)生變化,以及農(nóng)業(yè)用地的大量滅失,對農(nóng)民生活既有積極影響又有消極的影響。另外,土地利用的變化和城市擴張也對城市的用地管理造成了一系列的困難。綜合以上觀點,我們主要研究以下問題:1.歸仁市土地利用變化研究:利用ENVI軟件和Arc GIS軟件處理陸地衛(wèi)星和SPOT4衛(wèi)星的遙感圖像,我們可以進行土地利用類型的分類并繪制土地利用...
