論一帶一路中語(yǔ)言和組織文化對(duì)知識(shí)傳播的影響

  根據(jù)以前的研究,許多跨國(guó)公司在分享/轉(zhuǎn)移知識(shí)的時(shí)候忽視了文化和語(yǔ)言因素的影響。本研究旨在幫助中國(guó)在巴基斯坦的跨國(guó)公司了解不同的文化和不同得語(yǔ)言特征對(duì)溝通的影響。在以信息為基礎(chǔ)的、動(dòng)態(tài)的和集中的經(jīng)濟(jì)中,知識(shí)是一種基本資產(chǎn),因?yàn)樗蛊髽I(yè)和組織獲得可管理的優(yōu)勢(shì)。任何組織要想取得成功并獲得可持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),員工之間的溝通和交流至關(guān)重要。正如以前的研究所強(qiáng)調(diào)的那樣,跨國(guó)組織在交流方面所面臨的最大障礙是文化和語(yǔ)言因素。本研究的重點(diǎn)是確定組織文化和語(yǔ)言特征,找出哪些特征影響組織內(nèi)部的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移過(guò)程。當(dāng)然,本研究最關(guān)注的是組織文化和語(yǔ)言的最重要的特征。組織表現(xiàn)的提高受在組織內(nèi)部將知識(shí)從一個(gè)單元交換到另一個(gè)單元的能力的影響。為了調(diào)查企業(yè)組織中知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移的執(zhí)行情況,本研究還提出了三個(gè)主要問(wèn)題,包括:知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移有多快;知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移的準(zhǔn)確性;知識(shí)的一致性。論文還闡明了“一帶一路”的重要性,并研究了巴基斯坦的簡(jiǎn)史,分析了地質(zhì)、文化、社會(huì)和人口趨勢(shì)。了解中巴經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊的內(nèi)涵,探討中巴經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊建設(shè)的效益和前景。此外,評(píng)估中巴經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊在“珍珠鏈戰(zhàn)略”背景下的地位和這對(duì)中國(guó)的意義。為了建立一個(gè)靈活的知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng),我們搜集了在巴基斯坦...
