全球化正改變著組織的運(yùn)作模式以及它們與供應(yīng)鏈合作伙伴的互動(dòng)方式。在當(dāng)今的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境下,供應(yīng)鏈管理已經(jīng)成為組織提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的主要方式之一。供應(yīng)鏈管理由一系列活動(dòng)構(gòu)成,包括將信息、流程和材料轉(zhuǎn)化為最終產(chǎn)品,并且在合適的時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)將產(chǎn)品配送至終端客戶。以往的研究多關(guān)注發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家,圍繞如何依靠企業(yè)特定的資源和能力獲取競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)而展開。動(dòng)態(tài)能力是企業(yè)在動(dòng)蕩的商業(yè)環(huán)境中生存和發(fā)展的有效手段。動(dòng)態(tài)能力以等級(jí)制的方式發(fā)揮作用,例如低階能力能夠使高階能力為組織帶來價(jià)值。供應(yīng)鏈敏捷性是一種重要的動(dòng)態(tài)能力,它能夠讓企業(yè)有效地利用商機(jī)和應(yīng)對(duì)市場(chǎng)動(dòng)蕩�；谫Y源基礎(chǔ)觀和動(dòng)態(tài)能力視角,本研究著重探討在發(fā)展中國(guó)家的背景下,供應(yīng)鏈敏捷性的前因和結(jié)果。為此,本研究提出了三個(gè)重要的研究問題�；趶陌突固垢鱾�(gè)行業(yè)收集到的數(shù)據(jù),第一個(gè)問題主要研究企業(yè)的IT能力（即IT基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,IT同化）和供應(yīng)鏈整合（即信息整合,流程整合）對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈敏捷性的影響。結(jié)構(gòu)路徑分析的結(jié)果表明,供應(yīng)鏈整合可以中介IT能力對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈敏捷性的影響。除了直接影響,IT基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施還通過IT同化對(duì)信息整合和流程整合產(chǎn)生間接影響,而信息整合則通過流程整合對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈敏捷性產(chǎn)生間接...
