巴基斯坦(旁遮普省)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整及優(yōu)化模型

【摘要】:根據(jù)當(dāng)前旁遮普的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀,為實(shí)現(xiàn)省與國(guó)家的農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整顯得至關(guān)重要。因此,研究基于特定區(qū)域優(yōu)勢(shì)的數(shù)學(xué)模型的建立方法具有重要意義。通過(guò)這些數(shù)學(xué)方法,使用定量研究,分析存在的問(wèn)題并提出一個(gè)具有科學(xué)性和戰(zhàn)略性的計(jì)劃。此計(jì)劃既可以被考慮在實(shí)際選擇又可用作為研究參考。本文將把不同被用于最近的工業(yè)或生產(chǎn)調(diào)整問(wèn)題研究的數(shù)學(xué)模型進(jìn)行評(píng)估和研究。在當(dāng)前旁遮普省現(xiàn)有經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)條件的基礎(chǔ)上,制定了多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化模型。經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,社會(huì)福利和生態(tài)平衡三個(gè)目標(biāo)都體現(xiàn)在結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的優(yōu)化模型。通過(guò)計(jì)算機(jī)計(jì)算結(jié)果,我們得到了調(diào)整方案相應(yīng)的不同生產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的策略。然后,采用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析DEA估計(jì)每個(gè)方案的農(nóng)業(yè)綜合生產(chǎn)能力,最終選擇最優(yōu)的解決方案。本研究主要由以下五個(gè)方面組成:1.應(yīng)用信息學(xué)理論與方法,計(jì)算農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定性,以及引入熵的概念。在程式里面,每個(gè)方案的生產(chǎn)值所占的比例可以被替換成相應(yīng)的可能性。除了其他指標(biāo),我們適當(dāng)?shù)膶?duì)現(xiàn)有的生產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)的估計(jì)進(jìn)行考慮。2.基于全面系統(tǒng)的分析,建立了農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)的多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化模型。在策略多元化的基礎(chǔ)上,控制參數(shù)的輸入反映不同的調(diào)整方案。優(yōu)化軟件程序Lingo是用來(lái)解決相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化調(diào)整方案。3.多方案的DEA綜合評(píng)價(jià)。本文中,DEA綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法構(gòu)建了非阿基米德無(wú)窮小ε,DEA模型C2R和C2GS2第一次被用于當(dāng)?shù)氐霓r(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)研究。每個(gè)調(diào)整方案作為生產(chǎn)決策單元(DMU)而對(duì)其的相對(duì)效率進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)和優(yōu)化。通過(guò)這方法,我們分析其的相對(duì)技術(shù)和規(guī)模效率。DEA有效的決策單元和非DEA有效的決策單元存在著很明顯的區(qū)別;谶@些結(jié)果,我們可以獲得有益于管理的信息。將引入冗余率和產(chǎn)出不足率,并探討可能導(dǎo)致低效率的原因。對(duì)各方案進(jìn)行規(guī)模報(bào)酬分析,采用合適的生產(chǎn)規(guī)模。這些分析非常有利于找出改善這些方案的方法。基于投影定理在非DEA相對(duì)有效前沿面上,建立新技術(shù)和規(guī)模效率。4.采用一種新決策單元排序方法,通過(guò)引入理想決策單元-最小投入與最大產(chǎn)出,對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的DEA評(píng)價(jià)模型的改進(jìn)有所相應(yīng)變化。 效率評(píng)價(jià)指數(shù)‖的概念使用于一組對(duì)每個(gè)方案合理的公共權(quán)重。5.本研究結(jié)果對(duì)促進(jìn)我省旁遮普農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整具有一定的理論意義和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。優(yōu)化多目標(biāo)模型能夠根據(jù)目標(biāo)和策略對(duì)優(yōu)化方案進(jìn)行求解。DEA綜合評(píng)價(jià)指出了進(jìn)一步修改和優(yōu)化方案的方向,為合理有效的結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整政策的制定提供了科學(xué)依據(jù)。最后,方案2反映了旁遮普省農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的目標(biāo)和需求,具有一定的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。在本文中,數(shù)學(xué)模型方法在農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)問(wèn)題研究中的應(yīng)用,有利于探索和實(shí)踐。其也可以應(yīng)用于相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究。
[Abstract]:According to the present situation of the agricultural production structure in Punjab, it is very important to adjust the agricultural production structure in order to realize the sustainable development of agriculture in the province and country. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the establishment of mathematical models based on specific regional advantages. Through these mathematical methods, using quantitative research, the existing problems are analyzed and a scientific and strategic plan is put forward. This plan can be considered both in practical selection and as a research reference. In this paper, different mathematical models used in recent industrial or production adjustment studies are evaluated and studied. On the basis of the current economic and technological conditions in Punjab province, a multi-objective optimization model is developed. The three goals of economic development, social welfare and ecological balance are embodied in the optimization model of structural adjustment. According to the results of computer calculation, we get the corresponding strategies of adjusting different production structure. Then, DEA is used to estimate the agricultural production capacity of each scheme, and the optimal solution is chosen. This research mainly consists of the following five aspects: 1. The theory and method of informatics are applied to calculate the stability of agricultural production structure and the concept of entropy is introduced. In the program, the proportion of the production value of each scheme can be replaced by the corresponding possibility. We take into account, among other things, an estimate of the existing production structure. 2. 2. Based on comprehensive and systematic analysis, a multi-objective optimization model of agricultural production structure is established. On the basis of strategy diversification, the input of control parameters reflects different adjustment schemes. Optimization software program Lingo is used to solve the corresponding optimization adjustment program. 3. Multi-scheme DEA comprehensive evaluation. In this paper, the non-Archimedean infinitesimal 蔚 -DEA model, C2R and C2GS2, was constructed by DEA method for the first time in the study of local agricultural production structure. The relative efficiency of each adjustment scheme is evaluated and optimized as a DMU. By using this method, we analyze that there are obvious differences between the relative technology and the Decision-making units with scale efficiency. DEA efficient and non-DEA efficient Decision-making units. Based on these results, we can obtain useful management information. Redundancy and output inadequacies will be introduced, and possible causes of inefficiency will be explored. Carry on the scale reward analysis to each plan, adopt the appropriate production scale. In this paper, a new ranking method of decision units is adopted. By introducing ideal decision making units-minimum input and maximum output, The concept of efficiency evaluation index is used in a set of public weights. The results of this study have certain theoretical significance and practical value for promoting the adjustment of agricultural production strategy in Punjab. The optimization multi-objective model can solve the optimization scheme according to objectives and strategies. DEA comprehensive evaluation points out the direction of further modification and optimization of the scheme, and provides a scientific basis for the formulation of reasonable and effective structural adjustment policy. Finally, the project 2 reflects the target and demand of the adjustment of the agricultural production structure in Punjab province, and has certain practical application value. In this paper, the application of mathematical model method in the study of agricultural economic problems is beneficial to exploration and practice. It can also be applied to the research of related fields.
