基于產(chǎn)品多生命周期的煤機(jī)裝備再制造性評(píng)估研究

【摘要】:本論文以煤機(jī)裝備為對(duì)象,以產(chǎn)品多生命周期理論為指導(dǎo),采用改進(jìn)模糊層次分析方法,研究廢舊煤機(jī)裝備再制造問題。本研究基于煤機(jī)裝備再制造企業(yè)的塵產(chǎn)實(shí)踐情況,對(duì)煤機(jī)裝備產(chǎn)品多生命周期進(jìn)行全面的分析、總結(jié),梳理煤機(jī)裝備再制造性評(píng)估概念體系,明確煤機(jī)裝備產(chǎn)品多生命周期的生產(chǎn)流程框架結(jié)構(gòu)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,從技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境、安全四個(gè)維度建立煤機(jī)裝備再制造性評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系。利用改進(jìn)的模糊層次分析法建立權(quán)重矩陣,構(gòu)建煤機(jī)裝備再制造綜合評(píng)估模型,并選取三家典型企業(yè)作為評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象,利用煤機(jī)裝備再制造性綜合評(píng)估模型對(duì)其產(chǎn)品的再制造性進(jìn)行評(píng)估。本論文的主要內(nèi)容包括:(1)將產(chǎn)品多生命周期理論應(yīng)用于煤機(jī)裝備再制造性評(píng)估研究領(lǐng)域。以產(chǎn)品多生命周期理論為指導(dǎo),基于煤機(jī)裝備再制造企業(yè)的實(shí)踐,對(duì)煤機(jī)裝備產(chǎn)品多生命周期的全過程進(jìn)行梳理、歸納、分析,明確涵蓋煤機(jī)裝備產(chǎn)品多生命周期全過程的煤機(jī)裝備再制造生產(chǎn)流程框架,依據(jù)煤機(jī)裝備再制造性評(píng)估的內(nèi)涵與特征,梳理了關(guān)于煤機(jī)裝備再制造性評(píng)估的概念體系。(2)研究了煤機(jī)裝備產(chǎn)品多生命周期全過程的特點(diǎn),從技術(shù)、環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)、安全四個(gè)維度研究影響煤機(jī)裝備再制造性的關(guān)鍵因素,建立了煤機(jī)裝備再制造性評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系。論文首次將裝備再制造性評(píng)估體系擴(kuò)展為技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境、安全四個(gè)維度,而以往的相關(guān)研究?jī)H考慮了前三個(gè)維度。實(shí)證研究表明,安全可靠性在煤機(jī)裝備再制造中具有重要地位,充分體現(xiàn)了煤礦生產(chǎn)中安全的重要性。(3)根據(jù)煤機(jī)裝備再制造性評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系,建立了煤機(jī)裝備再制造性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的遞階層次結(jié)構(gòu)模型,利用改進(jìn)的模糊層次分析法建立權(quán)重判斷矩陣,構(gòu)建了基于產(chǎn)品多生命周期理論、涵蓋煤機(jī)裝備多生命周期全過程的煤機(jī)裝備再制造性綜合評(píng)估模型。論文給出各指標(biāo)的具體計(jì)算方法,對(duì)于主觀性較強(qiáng)的指標(biāo)采用模糊數(shù)進(jìn)行處理,利用隸屬度函數(shù)將指標(biāo)值轉(zhuǎn)化為模糊數(shù)。通過得到的指標(biāo)權(quán)重值和評(píng)價(jià)值計(jì)算煤機(jī)裝備再制造的最終評(píng)價(jià)值。(4)收集煤機(jī)裝備制造業(yè)規(guī)模較大、產(chǎn)品種類較齊全、特色產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)占有率較高的三家企業(yè)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)煤機(jī)裝備再制造性綜合評(píng)估模型的有效性進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。從二級(jí)指標(biāo)綜合評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果來(lái)看,安全可行性指標(biāo)比較大,環(huán)境可行性指標(biāo)非常小,技術(shù)可行性指標(biāo)和經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性指標(biāo)居中。論文將評(píng)估結(jié)果與實(shí)際再制造情況進(jìn)行對(duì)比,全面分析評(píng)估模型的可靠性和準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of multi-life cycle and improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP), this paper studies the problem of remanufacture of waste coal machinery equipment. Based on the dust production practice of the coal machine equipment remanufacturing enterprise, this study comprehensively analyzes the multiple life cycle of the coal machine equipment product, summarizes, carding out the concept system of the coal machine equipment remanufacturing evaluation. Make clear the production process frame structure of multi-life cycle of coal machine equipment product. On this basis, the evaluation index system of coal machine equipment remanufacturing is established from four dimensions: technology, economy, environment and safety. Using the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to establish the weight matrix, the comprehensive evaluation model of coal machine equipment remanufacturing is constructed, and three typical enterprises are selected as the evaluation objects. The remanufacturing performance of coal machine equipment was evaluated by the comprehensive evaluation model. The main contents of this paper include: (1) applying product multiple life cycle theory to the field of remanufacturing evaluation of coal machine equipment. Under the guidance of product life cycle theory, based on the practice of coal machine equipment remanufacturing enterprise, the whole process of multi-life cycle of coal machine equipment product is combed, summarized and analyzed. Defining the framework of the remanufacturing process of coal machine equipment covering the whole process of multi-life cycle of the coal machine equipment product, according to the connotation and characteristics of the evaluation of the remanufacturing performance of the coal machine equipment, Combing the concept system of remanufacturing assessment of coal machine equipment. (2) the characteristics of the whole process of multiple life cycle of coal machine equipment product are studied, and the key factors influencing the remanufacturing property of coal machine equipment are studied from four dimensions: technology, environment, economy and safety. The evaluation index system of coal machine equipment remanufacturing is established. For the first time, the paper extends the equipment remanufacturing evaluation system to four dimensions: technology, economy, environment and security, while previous researches only consider the first three dimensions. The empirical study shows that safety and reliability play an important role in the remanufacture of coal machine equipment, which fully reflects the importance of safety in coal mine production. The hierarchical structure model of coal machine equipment remanufacturing evaluation index is established, and the weight judgment matrix is established by using the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), and the multi-life cycle theory based on the product is constructed. A comprehensive evaluation model for remanufacturing of coal machine equipment covering the whole process of multi life cycle of coal machine equipment. In this paper, the concrete calculation method of each index is given. The fuzzy number is used to deal with the subjective index, and the index value is transformed into fuzzy number by membership function. The final evaluation value of coal machine equipment remanufacture is calculated by the index weight value and evaluation value.) the coal machine equipment manufacturing industry is larger in scale and more complete in product category. The data of three enterprises with high market share of characteristic products make empirical research on the effectiveness of the comprehensive evaluation model of coal machine equipment remanufacturing. From the comprehensive evaluation results of the secondary indicators, the safety feasibility index is relatively large, the environmental feasibility index is very small, the technical feasibility index and the economic feasibility index are in the middle. In this paper, the reliability and accuracy of the evaluation model are analyzed by comparing the evaluation results with the actual remanufacturing conditions.
