基于模糊博弈的企業(yè)知識(shí)聯(lián)盟利益分配研究

【摘要】:伴隨我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新常態(tài)及“十三五”規(guī)劃對(duì)企業(yè)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)型的重視,在科技創(chuàng)新的國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略背景下,企業(yè)聯(lián)盟方式早已由產(chǎn)品聯(lián)盟轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橹R(shí)聯(lián)盟,而企業(yè)知識(shí)聯(lián)盟就是各成員企業(yè)為了獲取更大利益而結(jié)合在一起的集成體,這個(gè)集成體的成功構(gòu)建與健康發(fā)展,取決于各成員企業(yè)之間的高效合作,亟需對(duì)共同擁有的資源進(jìn)行優(yōu)化配置,對(duì)聯(lián)盟收益進(jìn)行合理地協(xié)商分配,本質(zhì)上可視為多人合作博弈問題。然而,以往國(guó)內(nèi)外很多研究者大都借助傳統(tǒng)合作博弈解決企業(yè)知識(shí)聯(lián)盟利益分配問題,但傳統(tǒng)博弈的合作格局已無(wú)法滿足現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中成員企業(yè)的合作需求,各成員企業(yè)更多的情況下并不是以全部資源完全參與到某個(gè)特定知識(shí)聯(lián)盟中,而是以部分資源不同程度地與多個(gè)聯(lián)盟進(jìn)行合作。在由傳統(tǒng)的完全合作格局向現(xiàn)實(shí)中的部分合作格局轉(zhuǎn)變的需求及其設(shè)計(jì)環(huán)境下,本文以知識(shí)聯(lián)盟成員合作的模糊特性為突破口,以模糊合作博弈理論為支撐,以構(gòu)建均衡的模糊合作博弈格局為軀干,以尋求最優(yōu)的合作利益分配方案為驅(qū)動(dòng),形成基于模糊博弈的企業(yè)知識(shí)聯(lián)盟利益分配研究框架及方法論體系,主要體現(xiàn)在:(1)提煉了企業(yè)知識(shí)聯(lián)盟成員合作的模糊特性。首先,借助模糊數(shù)表示成員企業(yè)參與知識(shí)聯(lián)盟的程度,將企業(yè)知識(shí)聯(lián)盟成員合作的過(guò)程視為通過(guò)成員企業(yè)、參與度、策略、收益等基本要素所呈現(xiàn)的模糊合作博弈過(guò)程。然后,借助完全信息與不完全信息下成員選擇博弈,分析了成員企業(yè)建立長(zhǎng)期合作伙伴關(guān)系的選擇策略。最后,基于參與度實(shí)現(xiàn)了企業(yè)知識(shí)聯(lián)盟由傳統(tǒng)博弈下的合作到模糊博弈下合作的自然延拓。(2)分析了企業(yè)知識(shí)聯(lián)盟合作利益的影響因素。首先,從聯(lián)盟總體和聯(lián)盟個(gè)體兩個(gè)層面,分析了企業(yè)組建知識(shí)聯(lián)盟是為了取得共同利益和協(xié)同效應(yīng),即實(shí)現(xiàn)1+12的效應(yīng)。然后,確定了企業(yè)知識(shí)聯(lián)盟合作利益的關(guān)鍵影響變量,分別探索了知識(shí)聯(lián)盟總收益、成員企業(yè)的資源投入和預(yù)期效用、成員企業(yè)推測(cè)取得高收益的概率、結(jié)盟前收益等對(duì)知識(shí)聯(lián)盟合作利益的影響。最后,對(duì)企業(yè)知識(shí)聯(lián)盟合作利益的特征函數(shù)進(jìn)行表述,并刻畫了企業(yè)知識(shí)聯(lián)盟合作利益的模糊分配模型及其之間的包含關(guān)系。(3)研究了企業(yè)知識(shí)聯(lián)盟利益分配的談判均衡。首先,提出了企業(yè)知識(shí)聯(lián)盟利益分配研究應(yīng)遵循的基本原則。然后,概括了納什談判的公理化,并分析了兩企業(yè)及多企業(yè)納什談判模型及其均衡。最后,通過(guò)參與度的引入,將傳統(tǒng)博弈格局下成員企業(yè)針對(duì)談判點(diǎn)提出的異議及反異議進(jìn)行模糊化延拓,提出了模糊談判集概念,為具體模糊博弈格局下企業(yè)知識(shí)聯(lián)盟最優(yōu)利益分配方案存在性論證提供服務(wù)。(4)構(gòu)建了知識(shí)聯(lián)盟成員企業(yè)的模糊網(wǎng)絡(luò)博弈及模糊平均單調(diào)博弈的合作格局。分析了企業(yè)知識(shí)聯(lián)盟成員合作所呈現(xiàn)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)效應(yīng),及成員伙伴的平均貢獻(xiàn)值隨聯(lián)盟增大而提高的性質(zhì),得出了模糊網(wǎng)絡(luò)博弈及模糊平均單調(diào)博弈的均衡結(jié)果,論證了兩種博弈格局下企業(yè)知識(shí)聯(lián)盟最優(yōu)利益分配方案的存在性,以及模糊談判分配方案與模糊核心分配方案的等價(jià)性,研究結(jié)論為決策者提供了一定的參考信息。(5)探索了利益分配視角下企業(yè)知識(shí)聯(lián)盟可持續(xù)合作對(duì)策。為滿足企業(yè)知識(shí)聯(lián)盟保留部分總收益值用于再合作的實(shí)際需求,將調(diào)整系數(shù)引入傳統(tǒng)分配模型,擴(kuò)展并構(gòu)建了廣義分配模型,為知識(shí)聯(lián)盟再分配及再合作提供理論依據(jù),我國(guó)5G知識(shí)聯(lián)盟案例分析表明:在知識(shí)聯(lián)盟不存在傳統(tǒng)最優(yōu)利益分配方案的情況下,可利用廣義分配模型尋求知識(shí)聯(lián)盟的廣義最優(yōu)分配方案,既解決了知識(shí)聯(lián)盟利益分配問題,又為知識(shí)聯(lián)盟可持續(xù)合作提供了對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the new normal for China's economic development and the "13th Five-Year" plan of the enterprise knowledge transformation and attention, in the national strategy background of technological innovation, has been changing from product enterprise alliances alliance and knowledge alliance, knowledge alliance is the member enterprises in order to obtain greater benefits and in combination with the integration of the integrated together. The successful construction and healthy development depends on the efficient cooperation among the member enterprises, to optimize the allocation of shared resources, the alliance benefits negotiated allocation reasonably, can be regarded as the essence of multi person cooperative game problem. However, many researchers at home and abroad mostly by means of traditional cooperative game, solve the problem of distribution of interests enterprise knowledge alliance, but the traditional game cooperation pattern has been unable to meet the member enterprises in the real life situation of cooperation needs more members of enterprises Not all the resources to fully participate in a particular knowledge alliance, but in different part of resources and a plurality of alliance partners. In the demand part cooperation pattern transformation from traditional pattern to fully cooperate in reality and design environment, fuzzy characteristics based on the knowledge alliance cooperation as a breakthrough, to fuzzy cooperative game theory, based on fuzzy cooperative game equilibrium pattern construction for the trunk, to find the optimal allocation scheme for cooperative interest drive, the formation of enterprise knowledge alliance profit distribution fuzzy game theory research framework and methodology based on the system, mainly reflected in: (1) extracting fuzzy characteristics of enterprise knowledge alliance members first, by means of fuzzy number member enterprises to participate in the knowledge alliance, knowledge alliance members will work as the member enterprises, participation, strategy Fuzzy cooperative game, the basic elements of income present. Then, with the help of the game under complete and incomplete information, analyzes the choice of strategy to establish a long-term cooperative partnership of the member enterprises. Finally, the participation of enterprise knowledge alliance from the traditional game to the fuzzy game under the cooperation of the natural extension based on the extension. (5) to explore the enterprise knowledge alliance profit distribution from the perspective of sustainable cooperation strategy.
