扁萼苔屬Radula Dumort.屬于扁萼苔科Radulaceae,是苔類(lèi)植中物種多樣性最高的幾個(gè)屬之一,主要分布于熱帶和亞熱帶的濕潤(rùn)地區(qū),目前世界范圍內(nèi)已接受的共有7亞屬、259種。其中具有小葉分枝(microphyllous branches)或葇夷分枝(amentulose branches)的亞屬葇夷扁萼苔亞屬Amentuloradula Devos et al.中已被接受26個(gè)分類(lèi)群。由于該亞屬的分類(lèi)研究主要基于形態(tài)學(xué)特征,導(dǎo)致種間界限模糊,亞屬劃分不明確,因此亟需對(duì)葇夷扁萼苔亞屬開(kāi)展修訂工作。作者對(duì)1020份野外采集與館際借閱的標(biāo)本進(jìn)行了形態(tài)學(xué)觀察。分子系統(tǒng)學(xué)共選取了223份標(biāo)本,其中120份標(biāo)本屬于葇夷扁萼苔亞屬,基于atpB–rbcL、psbT–psb H、psb A–trnH、rps4、trn G與trnL–F 6個(gè)基因片段,采用最大簡(jiǎn)約法、最大似然法和貝葉斯推論法構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)發(fā)育樹(shù)�；谛螒B(tài)解剖學(xué)與分子系統(tǒng)發(fā)育學(xué)對(duì)葇夷扁萼苔亞屬的分類(lèi)與系統(tǒng)發(fā)育進(jìn)行研究。主要研究結(jié)果如下:1)Devos et al.提出的扁萼苔屬的七個(gè)亞屬得到了支持,葇夷扁萼苔亞屬可通過(guò)一些形態(tài)特征的...
