從種群遺傳學、系統(tǒng)地理學和系統(tǒng)基因組學等方面研究Strepiocarpus ionanthus(苦苣苔科)種內(nèi)復雜的演化

  Streptocarpus ionanthus(苦苣苔科:海角苣苔屬)是坦桑尼亞和肯尼亞特有的草本植物,分布在坦噶,莫羅戈羅和基利菲地區(qū)。該物種包括九個密切相關的亞種,亞種之間有著復雜的形態(tài)特征和尚不明晰的演化關系,導致該物種復合體一直以來在分類處理上未能達成一致。懸而未決的物種界定使得弄清其種下分類單元之間的親緣關系變得復雜,這又嚴重影響了對這一瀕危物種保育工作。同時Str.Ionanthus也為我們研究物種演化的時空動態(tài)變化提供一個理想的材料。此項工作綜合多種方法,對整個分布區(qū)的23個居群取樣,旨在重建Str.ionanthus的演化歷史。運用葉綠體基因組和核基因組的SSR分子標記,我們對遺傳多樣性,居群結構和分化進行了討論,同時還對葉綠體基因組四個片段進行了譜系地理學結構分析�;谝酝鶎θ~綠體替代率的研究結果,我們對葉綠體DNA的單倍型進行分析,以此來探討Str.ionanthus的分化歷史。生態(tài)位模型分析有助于我們理解Str.ionanthus的過去(末次間冰期和末次盛冰期)、現(xiàn)在和將來(未來五十年)。此外,對五個亞種的葉綠體基因組得到組裝和注釋,在基因組水平上對結構特征和DN...
