水性聚氨酯基高分子染料的合成及性能

【摘要】:大多數(shù)傳統(tǒng)低分子染料或者是低分子顏料在紡織品方面或者是紡織品涂層方面得到廣泛的使用,但還存在比較多的不足之處,比如耐熱性比較差,工藝比較復(fù)雜以及不能及時處理的廢水等。所以為了滿足市場對高效、安全的需求,進而研究出了高分子染料,在高分子染料里面發(fā)色體和高分子骨架借助共價鍵結(jié)合,還包括發(fā)色體的色彩性及光吸收性,當然也存在高分子材料的成膜性以及耐熱性,這樣可以解決低分子染料進行遷移的時候所存在的問題,所以在紡織品行業(yè),以及涂料工業(yè)方面得到了廣泛的使用。
[Abstract]:Most traditional low-molecular-weight dyes or low-molecular-weight pigments are widely used in textiles or textile coatings, but there are still many shortcomings, such as poor heat resistance. The process is more complex and can not be treated in time, such as wastewater. So in order to meet the market demand for high efficiency and safety, we have developed a polymer dye, in which the chromophore and the polymer skeleton are bound by covalent bonds, and the chromophore color and light absorption are also included. Of course, there are film forming and heat resistance of polymer materials, which can solve the problem of low molecular dye migration, so it has been widely used in textile industry and coating industry.
