兗州礦區(qū)綜放端頭區(qū)煤巖的失穩(wěn)冒放規(guī)律及放煤研究

【摘要】：我國(guó)絕大部分綜放工作面兩端頭不放煤或放少量頂煤,究其根本原因在于后部刮板輸送機(jī)采用端頭卸煤方式而使機(jī)頭、機(jī)尾部位抬高,導(dǎo)致排頭支架后部放煤空間狹小不利于放煤造成端頭區(qū)端頭區(qū)煤炭難以回收。因此本文結(jié)合端頭交叉?zhèn)刃洞怪辈贾梅绞?采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研、理論分析、數(shù)值計(jì)算、工程實(shí)踐及實(shí)測(cè)分析相結(jié)合的綜合研究方法開(kāi)展了綜放面端頭區(qū)設(shè)備布置方式及放煤空間確定、端頭區(qū)煤巖的失穩(wěn)垮落規(guī)律、煤巖體的運(yùn)移、冒放規(guī)律以及端頭區(qū)放煤工業(yè)性試驗(yàn)等方面的研究。本文以?xún)贾莸V區(qū)典型礦井綜放開(kāi)采現(xiàn)狀為基礎(chǔ),分析端頭區(qū)的頂煤損失情況、工作面的頂煤損失率,研究端頭區(qū)放煤存在的主要技術(shù)問(wèn)題,為相應(yīng)技術(shù)對(duì)策的提出提供依據(jù)。研究端頭區(qū)設(shè)備布置方式由端卸改為交叉?zhèn)刃兜目臻g特點(diǎn)以及對(duì)于端頭放煤所帶來(lái)的優(yōu)勢(shì),進(jìn)而確定了端頭放煤的空間范圍。通過(guò)理論分析,建立了工作面端頭頂板破斷后的大小塊體鉸接模型,揭示了綜放工作面端頭放煤后的端頭破斷頂板結(jié)構(gòu)的相似性與整體運(yùn)移規(guī)律;通過(guò)3DEC數(shù)值模擬,建立綜放工作面端頭區(qū)煤巖層計(jì)算模型,研究了端頭區(qū)圍巖應(yīng)力場(chǎng)位移場(chǎng)分布規(guī)律、頂煤和頂板隨工作面開(kāi)采垮落失穩(wěn)特征以及回采巷道圍巖穩(wěn)定性等,為現(xiàn)場(chǎng)端頭區(qū)頂煤的放出提供了依據(jù)。通過(guò)PFC3D研究不同頂煤硬度、放煤區(qū)域和工藝參數(shù)對(duì)端頭區(qū)煤巖放落流動(dòng)的影響規(guī)律以及頂煤回收率,對(duì)端頭區(qū)頂煤進(jìn)行了易放性分區(qū)提出了端頭放煤原則,確定了端頭放煤合理放煤區(qū)域和工藝參數(shù)。結(jié)合兗州礦區(qū)東灘煤礦1306綜放工作面的實(shí)際條件,進(jìn)行了端頭區(qū)放煤的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用,并實(shí)測(cè)分析工作面端頭區(qū)頂煤運(yùn)移規(guī)律、頂板活動(dòng)規(guī)律、支架承載規(guī)律、巷道圍巖變形規(guī)律、超前支承壓力分布規(guī)律等,提出并實(shí)施了提高端頭區(qū)頂煤冒放性與回收率的技術(shù)措施。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用取得了良好的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)效果。
[Abstract]:Most of the fully mechanized top-coal caving faces in our country do not caving coal at both ends or caving a small amount of top coal, the fundamental reason is that the rear scraper conveyer adopts the way of coal unloading at the end of the scraper, so that the head and the tail part of the machine are raised. The narrow caving space at the back of the head support makes it difficult to recover the coal at the end of coal drawing. Therefore, this paper combines the vertical arrangement of the end head cross side unloading, using field investigation, theoretical analysis, numerical calculation, The comprehensive research method combining engineering practice with actual measurement and analysis has carried out the determination of equipment arrangement and coal drawing space in the end of fully mechanized caving face, the law of instability and collapse of coal and rock, the migration of coal and rock mass in the end caving area. Study on caving law and industrial test of coal drawing in end-end area. Based on the current situation of fully mechanized caving mining in typical coal mine of Yanzhou mining area, this paper analyzes the loss of top coal in the end area, the loss rate of top coal in the working face, studies the main technical problems existing in the coal caving area of the end head area, and provides the basis for the corresponding technical countermeasures. This paper studies the space characteristics of the equipment layout in the end area from the end unloading to the cross side unloading and the advantages to the end caving, and then determines the space range of the end coal drawing. Through theoretical analysis, the model of large and small block hinged after the breakage of the roof of the end head of the working face is established, and the similarity of the broken roof structure of the end head of the fully mechanized caving face and the law of the whole movement of the broken roof structure after caving at the end of the fully mechanized caving face are revealed, and the numerical simulation by 3DEC is used. The calculation model of coal strata in the end of fully mechanized caving face is established. The distribution law of stress field and displacement field of surrounding rock in the end face, the characteristics of caving instability of top coal and roof with mining face and the stability of surrounding rock of mining roadway are studied. It provides the basis for the top coal caving in the field end-head area. By means of PFC3D, the influence of different top coal hardness, drawing area and process parameters on the flow of coal and rock caving and the recovery rate of top coal are studied, and the principle of end head caving is put forward for the easy caving partition of top coal in end head area. The reasonable drawing area and process parameters are determined. Combined with the actual conditions of No. 1306 fully mechanized caving face in Dongtan Coal Mine of Yanzhou Mining area, the field application of coal caving in the end of the coal face is carried out, and the law of roof movement, the bearing law of support and the law of deformation of surrounding rock of roadway are analyzed. Some technical measures to improve the caving property and recovery rate of top coal in the end are put forward and implemented. The field application has achieved good technical and economic effect.
