【摘要】:正與平穩(wěn)工況相比,變轉(zhuǎn)速下機(jī)械設(shè)備的動(dòng)態(tài)信號(hào)十分復(fù)雜,信號(hào)會(huì)出現(xiàn)調(diào)頻、調(diào)幅、調(diào)相等非平穩(wěn)特征,這些特征又往往相互耦合,使故障特征的提取變得十分困難。變轉(zhuǎn)速下機(jī)械故障特征的提取既是許多行業(yè)機(jī)械裝備故障診斷水平提升所迫切需要解決的技術(shù)瓶頸,也是當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外研究的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。本論文是在這一背景下,從故障信號(hào)的產(chǎn)生機(jī)理、信號(hào)的傳播機(jī)制入手,通過(guò)研究轉(zhuǎn)速波動(dòng)對(duì)機(jī)
[Abstract]:Compared with stationary working conditions, the dynamic signals of mechanical equipment under variable rotational speed are very complex, and the signals will have non-stationary characteristics such as frequency modulation, amplitude modulation and phase modulation, which are often coupled with each other. It is very difficult to extract the fault feature of machinery under variable rotational speed, which is the technical bottleneck that many industries need to solve urgently in order to improve the level of fault diagnosis of machinery and equipment. It is also a hot issue at home and abroad. Under this background, this paper starts with the generation mechanism of fault signal and the propagation mechanism of signal, and through the research of rotating speed fluctuation to the machine.
