【摘要】：可見光催化作為有機(jī)合成中的新型工具,受到越來越多的關(guān)注和研究。特別在C-C鍵的構(gòu)建和復(fù)雜分子的合成中,體現(xiàn)出了獨(dú)特的價(jià)值。Hantzsch esters自1882年被發(fā)現(xiàn)以來也受到廣泛的關(guān)注和研究,而其在可見光催化的反應(yīng)中表現(xiàn)出了很強(qiáng)的還原性。之前的研究都集中在4位無烷基取代的Hantzsch esters上,而4位有取代的Hantzsch esters在可見光催化反應(yīng)中的應(yīng)用還沒有報(bào)道。同時(shí)隨著環(huán)境污染越來越嚴(yán)重,無金屬催化的應(yīng)用在有機(jī)合成中顯得尤為重要。而Hantzsch esters作為有機(jī)小分子可以很好地吸收光能,無需外加金屬催化劑就可以作為激發(fā)態(tài)的電子轉(zhuǎn)移還原試劑參與反應(yīng)。本論文便是圍繞著Hantzsch esters在可見光條件下的反應(yīng)性能展開研究,具體工作分為以下2個(gè)方面:1.取代的Hantzsch esters和Hantzsch nitriles在可見光催化反應(yīng)中作為烷基化試劑構(gòu)建大位阻的羰基化合物的研究在本章工作中,我們報(bào)道了溫和條件下以fac-Ir(ppy)_3為光敏劑,Cs_2CO_3為堿,CH_3CN為溶劑,首次實(shí)現(xiàn)了可見光誘導(dǎo)4位取代的Hantzsch esters和Hantzsch nitriles的烷基轉(zhuǎn)移反應(yīng),來構(gòu)建全碳季碳中心的羰基化合物,以及通過分子間一步構(gòu)建連續(xù)全碳季碳中心的羰基化合物。通過此方法我們可以二步以38%的收率構(gòu)建含有連續(xù)全碳季碳中心的羥化類固醇脫氫酶的前驅(qū)體。2.Hantzsch ester在可見光條件下雙溴脫除反應(yīng)中應(yīng)用在本章工作中,我們以Hantzsch ester作為光敏劑和還原劑,實(shí)現(xiàn)了無金屬條件下鄰雙溴化合物的脫保護(hù)成烯烴的反應(yīng)。該反應(yīng)操作簡單,條件溫和,產(chǎn)率高,底物范圍廣,官能團(tuán)耐受性好,同時(shí)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)克級的反應(yīng)。通過機(jī)理的研究我們發(fā)現(xiàn)堿在活化Hantzsch ester中起到了關(guān)鍵性作用。
