本研究的主要目的是研究風(fēng)險管理因素對建設(shè)項目成功的影響,研究項目是巴基斯坦水電開發(fā)管理局的項目。對受訪者進行的調(diào)查是通過研究方法、設(shè)計、一手和二手數(shù)據(jù)收集進行的。這類調(diào)查和分析包括兩個主要部分。第一部分探討了企業(yè)管理風(fēng)險的方法。第二部分致力于說明他們所經(jīng)歷的項目是否取得了成功,這是根據(jù)問卷中列出的建設(shè)項目成功的四個標準因素定義的。80份調(diào)查問卷被分發(fā)給了被調(diào)查者以及巴基斯坦水電發(fā)展管理局（WAPDA）的員工.其中50份問卷得到回收.問卷回收率為62%。本研究采用SPSS和MS excel對問卷數(shù)據(jù)進行分析.并檢驗數(shù)據(jù)的信度和效度。本文提出了五個假設(shè),并對它們進行了檢驗。最后,我們使用回歸分析檢驗了每個假設(shè).發(fā)現(xiàn)風(fēng)險管理和項目成功（成本、時間、技術(shù)規(guī)格和工作質(zhì)量）之間存在顯著影響。
