　　本研究的主要目的是研究風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理因素對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目成功的影響,研究項(xiàng)目是巴基斯坦水電開發(fā)管理局的項(xiàng)目。對(duì)受訪者進(jìn)行的調(diào)查是通過(guò)研究方法、設(shè)計(jì)、一手和二手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)收集進(jìn)行的。這類調(diào)查和分析包括兩個(gè)主要部分。第一部分探討了企業(yè)管理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的方法。第二部分致力于說(shuō)明他們所經(jīng)歷的項(xiàng)目是否取得了成功,這是根據(jù)問(wèn)卷中列出的建設(shè)項(xiàng)目成功的四個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)因素定義的。80份調(diào)查問(wèn)卷被分發(fā)給了被調(diào)查者以及巴基斯坦水電發(fā)展管理局（WAPDA）的員工.其中50份問(wèn)卷得到回收.問(wèn)卷回收率為62%。本研究采用SPSS和MS excel對(duì)問(wèn)卷數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析.并檢驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的信度和效度。本文提出了五個(gè)假設(shè),并對(duì)它們進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn)。最后,我們使用回歸分析檢驗(yàn)了每個(gè)假設(shè).發(fā)現(xiàn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理和項(xiàng)目成功（成本、時(shí)間、技術(shù)規(guī)格和工作質(zhì)量）之間存在顯著影響。
