An Analysis of Quality Management Practices on the Construct

建筑業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理是指質(zhì)量規(guī)劃、控制和保證。通過(guò)對(duì)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)不同因素的控制,保證施工項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理。因此,本研究所評(píng)估的影響品質(zhì)管理實(shí)施的因素各不相同。為了解本研究所考慮的各種因素的反應(yīng),作者編制了問(wèn)卷。主要是從管理人員那里收集的原始數(shù)據(jù),然后使用了不同的分析技術(shù)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明,受訪者對(duì)影響因素的反應(yīng),包括員工(教育、技能、培訓(xùn)和質(zhì)量管理知識(shí))、專(zhuān)業(yè)人員能力、產(chǎn)品/材料質(zhì)量、監(jiān)控、設(shè)計(jì)和嚴(yán)格遵守質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。建議營(yíng)造一個(gè)鼓勵(lì)員工發(fā)展技能、加強(qiáng)溝通、嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行和遵守國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組織(ISO)認(rèn)可的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的氛圍。
