數(shù)控技術(shù)在紅木雕刻中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:泱泱中華千年傳,奇技機(jī)巧各顯能。紅木雕刻便是中國(guó)各種奇技機(jī)巧中的一項(xiàng)瑰寶,但隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展,我們的生活節(jié)奏越來(lái)越快,而紅木雕刻卻因其加工時(shí)間長(zhǎng),廢品率較高,雕刻技師培訓(xùn)周期長(zhǎng),工作強(qiáng)度高,紅木材料昂貴且加工制作時(shí)材料浪費(fèi)較多等各種原因,這一傳奇技藝正在漸漸凋零。與之相反,上世紀(jì)才剛剛興起的數(shù)控技術(shù)具有發(fā)展迅速、加工質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定,精度高,速度快,操作易學(xué)易懂的優(yōu)點(diǎn),越來(lái)越多的展現(xiàn)出其生命力和可發(fā)展性?梢哉f(shuō)紅木雕刻和數(shù)控技術(shù)正是相輔相成、相見(jiàn)恨晚的兩項(xiàng)技術(shù)。但由于起步晚,專(zhuān)業(yè)差異性較大,兩項(xiàng)技術(shù)的整合不是很好,甚至有種“文人相輕”的感覺(jué)。本論文在總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,主要研究數(shù)控技術(shù)及其相關(guān)軟件在紅木雕刻中的應(yīng)用。以期打破專(zhuān)業(yè)局限,達(dá)到學(xué)科融合的目的。以浮雕為例,從優(yōu)化加工工藝的角度出發(fā),探討數(shù)控技術(shù)和紅木雕刻的技術(shù)整合。一方面尋求更加合理的加工工藝,為紅木雕刻企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供技術(shù)支撐,另一方面提高紅木雕刻的藝術(shù)性、降低難度性、拓寬限制性,讓更多的人加入到這個(gè)行業(yè)中,使中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化不至失傳。論文介紹了紅木雕刻的歷史、發(fā)展和現(xiàn)狀,說(shuō)明其瓶頸所在,并指明解決的方向:可將數(shù)控技術(shù)運(yùn)用到紅木雕刻的行業(yè)中去。闡述了JUMN3D-SUN三維掃描儀、JDPaint設(shè)計(jì)軟件、諾誠(chéng)NC轉(zhuǎn)換器、Ncstudio數(shù)控系統(tǒng)、RichAuto控制系統(tǒng)等相關(guān)軟件,運(yùn)用這些軟件,可以替代繁瑣卻必備的木工雕刻知識(shí)和國(guó)畫(huà)技能。確定了實(shí)驗(yàn)內(nèi)容為浮雕后,進(jìn)入加工設(shè)計(jì)和研發(fā)階段,通過(guò)三維掃描、軟件設(shè)計(jì)最終設(shè)計(jì)出兩款浮雕作品,并研究數(shù)控雕刻的一般流程、參數(shù)設(shè)置、加工工藝、刀具選擇等,為實(shí)驗(yàn)做前期準(zhǔn)備。具體開(kāi)展了雕刻實(shí)驗(yàn),經(jīng)過(guò)操作得到紅木雕刻產(chǎn)品,并對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)過(guò)程及結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,分享一些心得,反映一些問(wèn)題,提供一些建議,得到了一個(gè)結(jié)論:數(shù)控技術(shù)在紅木雕刻中應(yīng)用是可行的也是必需,通過(guò)更好的技術(shù)整合,能讓新舊兩代技術(shù)綻放新生命。
[Abstract]:A thousand years of great Chinese legend, extraordinary skill and dexterity of each of the remarkable. Mahogany carving is one of the gems of all kinds of strange techniques in China, but with the development of the times, our life tempo is getting faster and faster, while the mahogany carving has long processing time, high scrap rate and long training period for engraving technicians. High intensity, expensive mahogany and more waste in processing, this legendary technique is fading away. On the contrary, numerical control technology, which has just risen in the last century, has the advantages of rapid development, stable machining quality, high precision, high speed, easy to learn and understand, and more shows its vitality and expansibility. It can be said that mahogany carving and numerical control technology is complementary, the two technologies hate each other. However, due to the late start, professional differences, the integration of the two technologies is not very good, or even a "scholar light" feeling. On the basis of summarizing domestic and foreign literatures, this paper mainly studies the application of numerical control technology and related software in mahogany carving. In order to break the professional limitations, to achieve the purpose of the integration of disciplines. Taking embossing as an example, the integration of numerical control technology and mahogany carving technology is discussed from the point of view of optimizing processing technology. On the one hand, we seek more reasonable processing technology to provide technical support for the development of mahogany carving enterprises, on the other hand, we can improve the artistry of mahogany carving, reduce the difficulty, widen the restrictions, and let more people join the industry. So that Chinese traditional culture will not be lost. This paper introduces the history, development and present situation of mahogany carving, explains its bottleneck, and points out the direction to be solved: numerical control technology can be applied to mahogany carving industry. The related software such as JUMN3D-SUN 3D scanner, JDPaint design software, NC converter, Ncstudio numerical control system, RichAuto control system and so on are described. The application of these softwares can replace the complicated but necessary woodworking engraving knowledge and traditional Chinese painting skills. After determining that the experimental content is relief, we enter the stage of machining design and research and development. Through 3D scanning and software design, we finally design two embossed works, and study the general process, parameter setting, machining technology, tool selection and so on of numerical control engraving. Prepare for the experiment. The carving experiment was carried out, the mahogany carving product was obtained through operation, and the experiment process and results were analyzed, some experiences were shared, some problems were reflected, and some suggestions were provided. A conclusion is drawn that the application of numerical control technology in mahogany carving is feasible and necessary. Through better technology integration, the new and old technologies can bloom new life.
