瀾滄江跨越天然氣管道孔口向下泄漏擴(kuò)散規(guī)律研究
[Abstract]:The Lancang River crossing bridge in the Sino-Myanmar pipeline belongs to crude oil, refined oil, and natural gas pipelines. The bridge deck is complex, the location is dangerous, the climate is changeable, natural disasters occur frequently, and belong to the control project. In order to provide the basis for the formulation of emergency plan and perfect the theory of natural gas leakage and diffusion down through the orifice of natural gas, FLUENT software and engineering mathematical method are used on the basis of previous investigation and gas theory. Systematic and statistical methods are used to study the leakage and diffusion law of natural gas pipeline orifices in Lancang River crossing pipeline bridge of Sino-Myanmar pipeline, and the leakage diffusion law and sensitivity of each influencing factor are obtained. Finally, a prediction table and program for the hazard range of natural gas leakage and diffusion of the Lancang River across the pipe bridge of the Sino-Myanmar pipeline is compiled and compiled. The main research work and results are as follows: (1) the background and significance of the research on the leakage and diffusion law of the orifice of the natural gas pipeline of Lancang River crossing bridge are expounded. The theoretical model and software simulation of the downward leakage diffusion of natural gas orifice are compared and analyzed. (2) by analyzing the process and characteristics of the down-wall jet at the orifice of the pipeline, the basic equation of natural gas leakage and diffusion is compared, and the leakage rate and initial velocity equation of the down-flow of the orifice are selected. Finally, the related factors affecting the leakage and diffusion law of pipeline orifice are analyzed. (3) through field investigation and technical exchange of Lancang River crossing pipe bridge, the paper collects, selects and classifies the relevant data and data of the research area, deck and natural gas pipeline; (4) by using GAMBIT software, the geometric model for the study of the downward leakage and diffusion law of the natural gas pipeline opening of the Lancang River crossing bridge is established, and the boundary conditions are set up. The operation model of FLUENT is compared, analyzed and selected. The grid independence is verified. (5) the downward leakage and diffusion rule of Lancang River across the orifice of natural gas pipeline is studied, and the "shape of leakage port, pore size, leakage pressure, atmospheric temperature and humidity" of natural gas are obtained. The law of diffusion under the influence of wind direction and wind speed is analyzed, and the interpolation function is established by using engineering mathematics method. Finally, the sensitivity of each factor is analyzed by systematics method, and the order of sensitivity is obtained. (6) 240 typical conditions of leakage and diffusion of Lancang River across natural gas pipeline are determined, and the quaternion quadrilateral function is established by using statistical method. On the basis of the above work, a forecast table of the harm range of natural gas leakage from the Lancang River crossing bridge of the Sino-Myanmar pipeline is compiled. Using VB language, a program for predicting the damage range of natural gas leakage from the Lancang River crossing bridge of the Sino-Myanmar pipeline has been compiled.
