負(fù)離子面料加工工藝研究及服裝產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:本文主要采用負(fù)離子粉體對棉纖維服裝面料進(jìn)行改性,通過負(fù)離子的發(fā)生量來評價(jià)改性工藝效果。通過改性后,進(jìn)一步利用負(fù)離子面料進(jìn)行了服裝產(chǎn)品的部件設(shè)計(jì)并制作,同時(shí)利用主管評價(jià)方法評判了改性后的面料效果。通過研究后發(fā)現(xiàn)負(fù)離子改性面料具有顯著效果。具體結(jié)論如下:第一,對實(shí)驗(yàn)材料和實(shí)驗(yàn)方法進(jìn)行了選擇。經(jīng)過初步實(shí)驗(yàn)選擇了用于制作負(fù)離子面料的原材料、加工方法和負(fù)離子測量方法。第一步,確定了負(fù)離子面料的測量方法。根據(jù)空氣負(fù)離子測量儀的穩(wěn)定性,將第三個(gè)峰值到第七個(gè)峰值這5個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)的平均值作為實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)。第二步,比較了涂層法和浸泡法的加工效果,結(jié)果表明,通過浸泡法制作的負(fù)離子面料能釋放更大的負(fù)離子量。第三步,從8種負(fù)離子粉體中挑選出了效果最佳的負(fù)離子粉體。根據(jù)8種負(fù)離子粉的負(fù)離子發(fā)生量和遷移效果,選擇3#1250目含鎂負(fù)離子粉。第四步,根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)需求,通過查閱資料選擇了硅烷kh560交聯(lián)劑。該交聯(lián)劑無甲醛、無毒、安全性和粘連性好、可在室溫下交聯(lián),且該交聯(lián)劑為無色水性交聯(lián)劑,適用于本文實(shí)驗(yàn)。第二,對負(fù)離子面料加工工藝進(jìn)行了研究。通過控制變量和對比實(shí)驗(yàn),得出最佳的負(fù)離子面料加工工藝:以布樣的質(zhì)量為基準(zhǔn),倒入浴比1:10的水和5%交聯(lián)劑,再加入2%乙醇,再加入50%的3#負(fù)離子粉,放入樣布,浸泡100min后取出。每個(gè)步驟以160r/min的速度攪拌2min。經(jīng)過摩擦牢度測試,摩擦損耗較低。第三,負(fù)離子面料的主客觀評價(jià)?紤]到人體實(shí)際穿著環(huán)境和需求的變化,本文設(shè)計(jì)一款可拆卸的服裝領(lǐng)型和一款負(fù)離子袖窿,并制作了負(fù)離子衣領(lǐng)并對其進(jìn)行了主客觀評定。根據(jù)客觀評價(jià)的結(jié)果,人臺穿著1層領(lǐng)子時(shí)負(fù)離子發(fā)生量一般,穿著2層領(lǐng)子時(shí)負(fù)離子發(fā)生量較高,穿著3層領(lǐng)子時(shí)負(fù)離子發(fā)生量高。而在主觀評價(jià)中,人體穿著1層領(lǐng)子時(shí),空氣微清新,穿著2層領(lǐng)子時(shí),空氣在微清新和較清新之間,穿著3層領(lǐng)子時(shí),空氣在較清新和很清新之間。綜合分析,根據(jù)本文負(fù)離子面料加工工藝制作的領(lǐng)子能負(fù)離子發(fā)生量較高,且穿著不同層數(shù)領(lǐng)子時(shí)能適應(yīng)不同的環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:In this paper, negative ion powder was used to modify cotton fiber garment fabric, and the effect of modification was evaluated by the amount of negative ion. After modification, the parts of garment products were designed and made by using anion fabric, and the effect of modified fabric was evaluated by the evaluation method of supervisor. It is found that negative ion modified fabric has remarkable effect. The conclusions are as follows: first, the experimental materials and methods are selected. The raw materials, processing methods and negative ion measurement methods for making anion fabrics were selected through preliminary experiments. In the first step, the measurement method of anion fabric is determined. According to the stability of the air anion measuring instrument, the average values of the third peak value to the seventh peak value are taken as the experimental data. In the second step, the processing effect of coating method and immersion method are compared. The results show that the anion fabric made by immersion method can release more negative ions. In the third step, the best anion powder was selected from 8 kinds of anion powders. According to the amount of negative ions produced and the effect of migration of 8 kinds of negative ion powder, 3 #1250 mesh containing magnesium negative ion powder was selected. In the fourth step, silane kh560 crosslinker was selected according to the experimental requirements. The crosslinking agent is non-formaldehyde, non-toxic, safe and adhesive, and can be crosslinked at room temperature. The crosslinking agent is colorless and water-based, which is suitable for the experiment in this paper. Secondly, the processing technology of anion fabric was studied. By controlling variables and comparing experiments, the best processing technology of negative ion fabric was obtained: taking the quality of cloth sample as the standard, pouring water and 5% crosslinking agent at 1:10 of bath ratio, then adding 2% ethanol, and then adding 50% negative ion powder. Put in sample cloth, soak 100min and remove. Each step is stirred at the speed of 160r/min for 2 mins. Friction fastness test, friction loss is low. Third, the subjective and objective evaluation of anion fabric. Considering the change of actual wearing environment and requirement of human body, a detachable collar and anion armhole are designed, and the negative ion collar is made and evaluated subjectively and objectively. According to the results of objective evaluation, the amount of negative ions in the first collar is general, that in the two layers of collar is high, and that in the three layers of collar is high. In subjective evaluation, the air is slightly fresh when the human body wears one layer collar, the air is between slightly fresh and relatively fresh when wearing two layers of collar, and the air is between fresh and very fresh when wearing three layers collar. According to the processing technology of negative ion fabric in this paper, the neckline can produce high amount of negative ions, and it can adapt to different environment when wearing different layers of collar.
