流程型制造企業(yè)MES系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)與應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:Process manufacturing refers to the enterprises that process raw materials through continuous processing of production equipment, carry out certain chemical reactions or physical changes, and finally obtain products from composition to size. Iron and steel enterprise is a typical process manufacturing industry. At the end of last century, China's iron and steel enterprises gradually realized customer globalization, and the customer's demand for steel products gradually changed from single variety to small batch diversification. China's iron and steel manufacturing industry, blindly pursuing output, appears the phenomenon of excess productivity. In order to adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition, iron and steel enterprises take customer orders as the starting point to shorten the life cycle, match various services, and manufacture execution has changed from the production as the center to the quality as the center. Accordingly, flow-based MES system should also change with it. In recent years, haze weather has become more and more frequent. Especially in Hebei Province, where iron and steel enterprises are concentrated, chemical pollutants such as dust, dust and other chemical pollutants emitted from converter of iron and steel enterprises are the main sources of haze formation. At present, the MES system at home and abroad has not integrated the energy into the manufacturing execution system. The MES system has built a good information bridge for the enterprise ERP layer and PCS. In the production application of the process enterprise, it plays an important role in information integration. The problem of data transmission between production process automation and enterprise management level informatization is solved. It divides the customer order-centric steel enterprises into three main functions: planning, production monitoring, material tracking. This topic will be in these three levels, combined with the analysis of energy flow in the steel production process, with a variety notice number as the breakthrough point, to study the steel enterprises as an example of the process of manufacturing execution system architecture, from the production scheduling method. Design methods, system development and other levels to explain the key issues. In this paper, a post-steel MES system for a large iron and steel enterprise is presented, and the intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing of the process enterprise are basically realized. This paper mainly discusses the production scheduling mode and production process monitoring module in the process of production planning.
