改性粉煤灰制備及其對(duì)天然橡膠性能的影響

【摘要】:隨著對(duì)粉煤灰的綜合利用、深加工、應(yīng)用范圍的擴(kuò)大和提高其附加值的廣泛研究,改性粉煤灰作為新型填料在橡膠領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用范圍也越來越廣。目前對(duì)粉煤灰改性應(yīng)用的手段普遍過于復(fù)雜、單一、成本過高,因而限制了其作為橡膠填料的廣泛商業(yè)化應(yīng)用。因此開發(fā)一種改性工藝簡(jiǎn)單,改性成本低廉和改性效果多元化的粉煤灰填料成為關(guān)鍵。本文利用硅烷偶聯(lián)劑、鈦酸酯偶聯(lián)劑和鋁酸酯偶聯(lián)劑通過濕法攪拌、干法高混和干法研磨三種改性方法對(duì)粉煤灰進(jìn)行改性,紅外測(cè)試結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)改性之后成功將有機(jī)基團(tuán)接枝在粉煤灰表面,結(jié)合吸油值測(cè)定和偏光顯微鏡結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)硅烷偶聯(lián)劑在濕法攪拌條件下改性粉煤灰效果較好,而鈦酸酯偶聯(lián)劑和鋁酸酯偶聯(lián)劑在干法高混條件下改性效果良好。進(jìn)一步利用鈦酸酯偶聯(lián)劑和鋁酸酯偶聯(lián)劑復(fù)配干法高混改性粉煤灰(CPWMFA)與硅烷偶聯(lián)劑濕法攪拌改性粉煤灰(WSSiMFA)對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn):CPWMFA親油改性效果強(qiáng)于WSSiMFA,所采用偶聯(lián)劑復(fù)配干法改性工藝簡(jiǎn)單,成本較低。進(jìn)一步對(duì)比改性粉煤灰與炭黑填充天然橡膠的性能發(fā)現(xiàn):改性粉煤灰填充天然橡膠的加工流動(dòng)性能優(yōu)于炭黑N550和N774,其中CPWMFA填充天然橡膠物理機(jī)械性能、老化性能與N550接近,優(yōu)于N774和WSSiMFA。說明偶聯(lián)劑復(fù)配干法改性粉煤灰在橡膠中填充補(bǔ)強(qiáng)效果優(yōu)良,因此選擇CPWMFA填充低硬度天然橡膠低硬度減振制品進(jìn)行研究。研究結(jié)果表明:單獨(dú)使用炭黑填充天然橡膠低硬度減振制品時(shí),動(dòng)、靜剛度比較高,阻尼性能不良;鈦酸酯偶聯(lián)劑、鋁酸酯偶聯(lián)劑復(fù)配改性粉煤灰部分取代N550高填充天然橡膠低硬度減振制品,能夠有效改善天然橡膠加工流動(dòng)性能,降低膠料硬度和動(dòng)、靜剛度比,優(yōu)化阻尼性能;完全取代N550、N774低填充天然橡膠低硬度減振制品條件下,其力學(xué)性能、老化性能和動(dòng)態(tài)機(jī)械性能優(yōu)良;與N774單獨(dú)使用高填充天然橡膠條件下,在低頻區(qū),鈦酸酯偶聯(lián)劑、鋁酸酯偶聯(lián)劑復(fù)配改性粉煤灰填充天然橡膠阻尼性能不如N774,但是當(dāng)頻率到100HZ時(shí),復(fù)配改性粉煤灰填充天然橡膠動(dòng)、靜剛度比較低,阻尼性能優(yōu)良。
[Abstract]:With the comprehensive utilization of fly ash, deep processing, wide range of application and increasing the added value of fly ash, modified fly ash, as a new type of filler, is more and more widely used in the field of rubber. At present, the method of fly ash modification is too complex, single and high cost, which limits its wide commercial application as rubber filler. Therefore, it is the key to develop a kind of fly ash filler with simple modification process, low modification cost and multiple modification effect. In this paper, fly ash was modified by silane coupling agent, titanate coupling agent and aluminate coupling agent through wet stirring, dry high mixing and dry grinding. The results of IR test showed that the organic groups were grafted on the surface of fly ash after modification, combined with the measurement of oil absorption value and the results of polarizing microscope, it was found that the silane coupling agent had better effect on the modification of fly ash under wet stirring condition. And titanate coupling agent and aluminate coupling agent have good modification effect under dry process high mixing condition. Furthermore, the comparison of dry modified fly ash (CPWMFA) with titanate coupling agent and aluminate coupling agent with silane coupling agent wet stirring modified fly ash (WSSiMFA) shows that CPWMFA is better than WSSiMFA, in oil lipophilic modification. The dry modification process of coupling agent is simple and the cost is low. Comparing the properties of modified fly ash and carbon black filled natural rubber, it was found that the flowability of modified fly ash filled natural rubber was better than that of carbon black N550 and N774, and the physical and mechanical properties of CPWMFA filled natural rubber were close to that of N550. Better than N774 and WSSiMFA. The results showed that the coupling agent modified fly ash with dry method had good filling and reinforcing effect in rubber, so CPWMFA was selected to fill low hardness natural rubber and low hardness vibration absorption products. The results show that when carbon black is used alone to fill natural rubber with low hardness damping products, the dynamic and static stiffness is high and the damping property is poor. Titanate coupling agent, aluminate coupling agent and modified fly ash partially replace N550 high filled natural rubber with low hardness damping products, which can effectively improve the processing fluidity of natural rubber, reduce the hardness, dynamic and static stiffness ratio of rubber, Optimizing damping performance; The mechanical properties, aging properties and dynamic mechanical properties of N550 N774 filled natural rubber with low hardness and vibration absorption were excellent. Under the condition of using high filling natural rubber alone with N774, the damping property of modified fly ash filled with natural rubber in low frequency region, titanate coupling agent and aluminate coupling agent is not as good as that of N774, but when the frequency reaches 100HZ, Compound modified fly ash is filled with natural rubber with low static stiffness and excellent damping property.
