酚醛樹脂合成新工藝及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:酚醛樹脂作為最早工業(yè)化的合成樹脂之一,具有原料價(jià)格低廉,生產(chǎn)工藝簡單成熟,化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性好等優(yōu)點(diǎn)在工業(yè)上得到廣泛關(guān)注和應(yīng)用。酚醛泡沫作為一種高分子有機(jī)硬質(zhì)泡沫產(chǎn)品,可由可發(fā)性酚醛樹脂為原料制備而成,由于其具有廣泛突出的如具有密度小重量輕、無毒害少污染、防火性能優(yōu)異、耐腐蝕抗老化等優(yōu)點(diǎn),是建筑保溫的理想材料。但酚醛泡沫又存在著粘結(jié)性差,抗壓抗折能力低,施工損耗大等一系列物理性能的缺陷導(dǎo)致酚醛泡沫的應(yīng)用受到了一定限制。本文首次采用靜態(tài)混合反應(yīng)器來制備可發(fā)性酚醛樹脂,并進(jìn)行了制備工藝條件對(duì)樹脂產(chǎn)物性能的影響規(guī)律的研究,獲得了在靜態(tài)混合反應(yīng)器中合成可發(fā)性酚醛樹脂的適宜工藝條件為:酚醛比1:1.3、溫度70℃、催化劑用量苯酚質(zhì)量的6.0%、混合物流量5.5L/h,所制得的酚醛樹脂的質(zhì)量指標(biāo)為,游離酚含量為3.15%,游離醛含量為0.18%,固含量為87.0%,含水量為9.67%,粘度為3200cps,均優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)方法合成的可發(fā)性酚醛樹脂。然后對(duì)在靜態(tài)反應(yīng)器中合成的可發(fā)性酚醛樹脂進(jìn)行發(fā)泡,考察了表面活性劑,發(fā)泡劑,固化劑對(duì)制備酚醛泡沫材料過程的影響,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,采用靜態(tài)反應(yīng)器制備的可發(fā)性酚醛樹脂為原料,制得的酚醛泡沫材料其密度為60 kg/m3,壓縮強(qiáng)度達(dá)到0.25MPa,優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)設(shè)備制備的以酚醛樹脂為原料合成的酚醛樹脂發(fā)泡材料。
[Abstract]:As one of the earliest industrial synthetic resins, phenolic resin has been widely concerned and applied in industry because of its low cost of raw materials, simple and mature production process and good chemical stability. Phenolic foam, as a kind of high molecular organic rigid foam product, can be prepared by phenolic resin as raw material, because of its wide range of outstanding such as light density, light weight, no toxicity, little pollution, excellent fire resistance, Corrosion resistance, aging resistance and other advantages, is the ideal building insulation materials. However, the application of phenolic foam is limited by a series of physical property defects, such as poor adhesion, low compressive and flexural resistance, high construction loss and so on.
