煤與生物質(zhì)共熱解對硫逸出的影響
[Abstract]:In this paper, the co-pyrolysis of coal and biomass was studied by thermogravimetric analysis and pyrolysis-gas chromatography. First, the thermogravimetric analyzer was used to find out the samples of coal and biomass which had obvious synergistic effect on the quality change in the process of co-pyrolysis, and the pyrolysis-gas chromatography was used to study the different atmosphere and temperature. Effect of different kinds of coal on sulfur transport during co-pyrolysis of coal and biomass. Among the selected biomass, the synergetic effect between sawdust and coal was the strongest, and among the selected coal, Chifeng lignite, Ximeng lignite and Yima coal had obvious synergistic effect with biomass. In argon atmosphere, the synergistic effect of co-pyrolysis of Yima coal with sawdust has the strongest effect on the release of hydrogen sulfide and carbonyl sulfur in the gas phase. The synergistic effect of co-pyrolysis of lignite and sawdust in Ximeng has the strongest effect on the emission of sulfur dioxide in gas phase. In the atmosphere of carbon dioxide, the co-pyrolysis of coal and sawdust promoted the migration of sulfur to gas and solid phase, but inhibited the migration of sulfur to liquid phase. By comparing the coevolution rate of hydrogen sulfide, carbonyl sulfur and sulfur dioxide in the gas phase of carbon dioxide and argon atmosphere, and the variation of the coevolution rate of sulfur content in three phases, The synergistic effect of co-pyrolysis of coal and sawdust in carbon dioxide atmosphere is stronger than that in argon atmosphere.
