超高分子量和低分子量聚乙烯醇的合成工藝研究

【摘要】:本論文主要以醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)為原料、水作溶劑制備超高分子量的聚醋酸乙烯酯,研究了不同引發(fā)劑種類、引發(fā)劑濃度、單體濃度、溫度、時(shí)間對(duì)聚醋酸乙烯酯聚合度的影響。結(jié)果表明,最優(yōu)的工藝條件為:以過(guò)硫酸鉀-亞硫酸氫鈉為引發(fā)劑,引發(fā)溫度為25 ℃,引發(fā)劑與單體的摩爾比為1:3000,單體的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為30%,反應(yīng)時(shí)間為8小時(shí),得到分子量最高為786700的聚醋酸乙烯酯。進(jìn)一步利用甲醇、氫氧化鈉對(duì)其進(jìn)行醇解得到聚乙烯醇。通過(guò)紅外光譜(IR)、核磁(NMR)、凝膠滲透色譜(GPC)、示差掃描量熱法(DSC)、熱失重分析(TGA)、力學(xué)性能等對(duì)聚乙烯醇進(jìn)行表征。結(jié)果表明,得到的聚乙烯醇熱穩(wěn)定性較好,200 ℃下失重3%左右,滿足熱處理要求,結(jié)晶熔化溫度達(dá)到206 ℃,硬度較高,不易發(fā)生形變。研究了以醋酸乙烯酯為原料、偶氮二異丁腈(AIBN)為引發(fā)劑、甲醇作溶劑,合成低聚合度聚醋酸乙烯酯?疾炝瞬煌l(fā)劑濃度、單體濃度、時(shí)間、溫度對(duì)其聚合度的影響。結(jié)果表明,最優(yōu)的工藝條件為:引發(fā)劑與單體的摩爾比為1:50,單體和溶劑的體積比為1:1,反應(yīng)溫度65 ℃,反應(yīng)時(shí)間為3 h,得到分子量最低為21200的聚醋酸乙烯酯。對(duì)其進(jìn)行醇解,得到聚乙烯醇。通過(guò)以上測(cè)試方法對(duì)其進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)表征及性能分析。結(jié)果表明,200 ℃下,失重2.8%,熱穩(wěn)定性較好;斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率遠(yuǎn)高于市場(chǎng)上樣品,其韌性很好。
