水性光油中珠光顏料顯色性的比較研究

【摘要】:珠光顏料起源于二十世紀(jì),它的呈色是模擬珍珠、鳥(niǎo)類羽毛、肥皂泡液等各種自然界中的折射光和干涉光,因其能呈現(xiàn)珍珠般的光澤、絲綢般的質(zhì)感和閃爍漸變的效果而被廣泛應(yīng)用在涂料、化妝品、油墨、染料等領(lǐng)域。早期對(duì)珠光顏料的研究主要集中在形成機(jī)理、不同基材晶核的選擇、不同制備方法(氣相包覆法和液相均勻沉積法)的優(yōu)劣和改性等方面,而不同參數(shù)對(duì)珠光顏料在光油中顯色效果的影響則研究較少。通過(guò)本研究,比較了不同類型的珠光顏料在水性光油中的呈色效果,即將珠光顏料加入到水性光油中制成混合漿狀物,并通過(guò)模擬凹版印刷的方式將其轉(zhuǎn)移到承印物的表面,待印品干燥后測(cè)試其主密度值和色度值,并通過(guò)色差公式計(jì)算出上光后珠光顏料呈現(xiàn)的顏色與底色油墨的色差,以此來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)珠光顏料的顯色性效果。對(duì)相同印刷條件下,不同質(zhì)量比和不同粒徑大小的珠光顏料進(jìn)行顏色測(cè)試,探討質(zhì)量比改變和粒徑大小不同對(duì)珠光顏料顏色變化的影響;對(duì)不同粒徑大小的顏料在凹印版輥不同加網(wǎng)線數(shù)下呈色效果的研究,探討粒徑大小和凹印版輥加網(wǎng)線數(shù)的匹配關(guān)系;對(duì)不同承印材料下珠光顏料呈色效果的比較研究,探討了適合珠光顏料的最佳承印材料。研究結(jié)果表明,質(zhì)量比是影響珠光顏料呈色效果的最主要因素,即珠光顏料在水性光油中的含量越大,珠光顏料的呈色效果越好,對(duì)底色的遮蓋能力增強(qiáng)。粒徑變化對(duì)顏料的顏色改變作用較小。利用凹印上光,顏料的粒徑大小和凹印版輥的加網(wǎng)線數(shù)相匹配時(shí),珠光顏料的顯色效果最好。在不同的紙張上印刷時(shí),紙張定量越大,呈色效果越好,同等定量下,銅版紙的展色效果優(yōu)于膠版紙。本文的研究結(jié)果可以為珠光顏料在水性光油中的應(yīng)用提供一定的參考價(jià)值。質(zhì)量比、粒徑大小、網(wǎng)紋輥加網(wǎng)線數(shù)和承印材料的改變都可以改變珠光顏料的呈色效果,在使用時(shí),要依據(jù)客戶所要呈現(xiàn)的印刷品珠光效果選用合適的珠光溶液配比量,其次,要根據(jù)珠光顏料的粒徑大小選用合適的印版滾筒加網(wǎng)線數(shù),以保證珠光顏料有足夠的轉(zhuǎn)移量。
[Abstract]:Pearlescent pigments originated in the 20th century and are colored by refracting and interfering light from nature, such as pearls, bird feathers, soap bubbles, etc., because they have a pearl luster. Silk texture and glint effect are widely used in coatings, cosmetics, ink, dyes and other fields. The early studies on pearlescent pigments mainly focus on the formation mechanism, the choice of crystal nuclei of different substrates, the advantages and disadvantages of different preparation methods (gas phase coating and liquid phase homogeneous deposition), and the modification of pearlescent pigments. However, the effect of different parameters on the color effect of pearlescent pigments in smooth oil is less studied. Through this study, we compared the color effect of different types of pearlite pigments in water-based oil, that is, the pearlite pigment was added to the water-based smooth oil to form a mixed paste, and transferred it to the surface of the substrate by simulating gravure printing. The main density value and chroma value of the pigment were tested after drying, and the color difference between the pearlescent pigment and the base color ink was calculated by the color difference formula, so as to evaluate the color rendering effect of the pearlescent pigment. The color of pearlescent pigments with different mass ratio and particle size was tested under the same printing conditions, and the influence of the change of mass ratio and particle size on the color changes of pearlescent pigments was discussed. The color effect of pigments with different particle sizes under different number of lines added by gravure roller was studied, the matching relationship between particle size and the number of lines added by gravure roller was discussed, and the comparison of color effect of pearlescent pigment under different bearing materials was studied. The optimum printing material suitable for pearlescent pigment was discussed. The results show that the mass ratio is the most important factor affecting the color effect of pearlite pigments, that is, the larger the content of pearlescent pigment in water-based oil, the better the color effect of pearlescent pigments, and the better the covering ability of pearlescent pigments to the background color. The change of particle size has little effect on the color change of pigment. The pearlescent pigment has the best color effect when the size of the pigment is matched with the number of mesh lines of the gravure roller. When printing on different paper, the larger the paper quantity, the better the color effect. Under the same quantity, the color spread effect of coated paper is better than that of offset paper. The results of this paper can provide some reference value for the application of pearlescent pigment in waterborne oil. The quality ratio, the size of particle size, the number of lines added by roller and the change of printing material can all change the color effect of pearlescent pigment. In use, we should choose the appropriate proportion of pearlite solution according to the effect of printing products presented by the customer, and then choose the appropriate quantity of pearlescent solution. According to the particle size of pearlescent pigment, a suitable number of plate rollers should be selected to ensure a sufficient transfer amount of pearlescent pigments.
